Director's notes:
We have room for up to 8 players in the Collins division. If the tournament reaches capacity, paid entries will be given priority on a first paid, first served basis.

Joe Roberdeau will switch to NWL if necessary to make the Collins division even.

If the division size is exactly 4, the tournament will be paired with double round robin (played individually, so that back to back games between the same players are not played), followed by a final King of the Hill Round.

Should the division be larger, pairings will be 6 rounds of modified Swiss (with prior results considered to the extent possible without delaying the publication of subsequent round pairings, except for rounds 4 and 6, which will be paired after the prior round has completed), and a final King of the Hill round (paired after round 6 has completed). Repeat pairings will be minimized as much as possible, other than in rounds 6 and 7.
