moving zyzzyva files to aerolith

I am trying to move some of my saved lists on zyzzyva to aerolith to practice there. However, whenever I try to upload a list from the zyzzyva save file on my computer, it always tells me that my list has nonword elements. Is there anyway to circumvent this problem, or am I uploading the lists incorrectly?
