Director's notes:
Tournament/Hotel Update (10/23/17 4:30 PM):

1. We do still have PLENTY of room for additional players in the tournament, and in fact, we are actively seeking additional players. We will definitely have an even number of players, as I (Dan Horowitz) will either play or sit out in order to ensure that we're even.
2. The Chateau Resort has rooms available at $124.99/night. You can reserve a room by calling 570-629-5900 or going on their website http://www.chateauresort.com. This hotel is approximately 10 minutes away from the Great Wolf Lodge. You can certainly also feel free to book a room at whatever nearby hotel that you’d like, and we’ll waive the commuter fee.
3. The hotel has agreed to provide complimentary passes to the water park for those of you that book elsewhere and are interested in using the water park. Please contact Carol Tillson (see flyer for contact information) to arrange for this.
4. If anyone that has already booked a reservation at the Great Wolf Lodge at the $119 rate ends up being unable to attend the tournament, they WILL let me transfer that reservation to someone else. So, if you have a reservation that you can no longer use DO NOT cancel it! Instead, please let Carol Tillson know so that she can have the hotel transfer the reservation to someone else.
5. If you’d prefer to stay at the Great Wolf Lodge in the event a room becomes available at the $119 rate, please contact Carol Tillson so that she can put you on a waiting list.
6. The Great Wolf Lodge still has a few premium suites available at discounted rates, so if you want one of those, you can still use our group reservation code (see link below) to reserve rooms at rates that are cheaper than the rates available to the general public. The cheapest option is currently a wolf den suite for $216/night. If you’d like to book a room using the rate code, you can still do so using the link below.
