Note for Divisions 2 and 3: these are set up as "even divisions." There is not a rating cutoff for these divisions.

As players add or drop, players near the bottom of division 2 and top of division 3 may move divisions. These divisions will be finalized right before Main Event game 1. Players who have requested to play up from 3 to 2 will be moved at Director's discretion.
