>Joel_Wapnick: ABCHR 8H BRACH +32 32
>E_Tran: ?AFTTUU 7E TUFA +15 15
#note If I see TU(R)F I would play it. Sims slightly better. Here I try not to be too paranoid about the X. Unlikely he kept it; so, there's a 5/91 chance he has it.
>Joel_Wapnick: EITX 6E EXIT +64 96
#note Of course he has it.
>E_Tran: ?GNOTUY J5 NUG.TOrY +65 80
>Joel_Wapnick: DIIV 11H VI.ID +16 112
>E_Tran: CDIKNUZ L4 DUNC. +22 102
#note I saw NUDZH at 5J but realized I didn't have the H. D'oh!
>Joel_Wapnick: EGINPR E5 P..ERING +44 156
>E_Tran: EFIKRSZ 8A FRIZ. +81 183
>E_Tran: EFIKRSZ -- -81 102
#note Ick. Overthought this play. Didn't want to regret missing it at Table 1 (yes, that did run through my mind). So I boneheadedly play this phoney. In situations like this, I think I need to be smarter and lay the tiles down and try to draw a reaction. I know, eg, that Cree scrunches up his face when I play stupid phoneys on him.
>Joel_Wapnick: IIIOOOO -IIIOOOO +0 156
>E_Tran: EFIKRSZ 8A SEIZ. +72 174
>Joel_Wapnick: AAWY D12 AWAY +34 190
>E_Tran: FJKMNQR 14B FR.NK +44 218
#note Thankfully he gives me a place to play through this junky rack
>Joel_Wapnick: MOW C12 WO.M +42 232
>E_Tran: EIJMOQR C7 Q. +21 239
#note Sim likes VOMER here first.
>Joel_Wapnick: EST 8H .....ETS +45 277
#note I held this for a long time, but wisely didn't challenge for former (and future) champ
>E_Tran: EEIJMOR N6 JE. +26 265
#note Champ likes M2 JOE. shrug.
>Joel_Wapnick: EH 9M HE +29 306
#note Yeah, I was a little worried about that setup spot.
>E_Tran: BEEIMOR H11 .OMER +33 298
>Joel_Wapnick: AIOPT D1 PATIO +24 330
>E_Tran: ABDDEIO 1D .ODIA +24 322
#note I want to keep DEMY for next turn, while blocking the x3 lane given the juicy pool. But, OBA and OBIA also do the job really well.
>Joel_Wapnick: ?AALOOS 3D .ALOOkAS +58 388
>E_Tran: ABDEEGO 15A DE.. +35 357
#note Ugh. Best is BODEGA, and to hope for a miracle. IF I want to save the B for next turn, GAMY is waaaaaaay better. I'm hoping he makes a small blocking play at A, and I can get two big scores to catch up and win.
>Joel_Wapnick: ILLV A4 VILL. +12 400
