#note I held this, and released shortly after. I realized about a turn later that even if I didn't think this was good, I probably shouldn't have challenged.
>JoshSokol: IILNSST 9B INSTILS +61 145
#note Scott had ASPERITY 3x3! He was too hasty, looking from the S only.
>ScottAppel: FINO 1L INFO +39 198
>ScottAppel: FINO -- -39 159
#note ugh, hate when this happens. I really think we should have a better solution for blank blindness
>JoshSokol: DEKRTUW N10 TWERK +39 184
#note this was hilariously bad. Not only did I not see that this gives him a great spot for INFO (that hilariously makes N(I)* as well, until I play this). But even if it didn't, I'm just giving him a free spot to play off his bad tiles for easy points. I should play this to the S, or on the right side. Quackle thinks it's not a big deal to take the points here. It also inflates TWERK(S) as an option because it assumes it blocks some bingos (it doesn't, he would have played those last turn). #strategysmall

#note for some reason just didn't consider D4 HOUND(S) much if at all. That might be it. #questionable

#note AQ(U)A 3F was interesting to set up my Y on the TLS. Q(U)A was also a consideration, to set up nice plays on the F column with AQUA but also keep a vowel and remain flexible. C2 GAY sets up QAT, but that's too committal to one idea. GAYAL was nice to score in the same spot, but the Q has no future unless I draw another A for Q(U)A

#note started at AELSTTY for 2 minutes to convince myself this was valid and I wasn't confusing it for some other anagram of STATELY. I played this word against Joel Wapnick way back in the day: [https://www.cross-tables.com/annotated.php?u=15979#12#] (https://www.cross-tables.com/annotated.php?u=15979#12#) this format doesn't support markdown does it?

#note #unsuccessful-challenge
>JoshSokol: ADEGGIV C9 .AGGED +18 368
#note can you find a play that reduces his bingo chances more than this? It's also a bit dumb to do this and allow D column setups I might not be able to block.
>ScottAppel: ALOR D12 ORAL +26 307
#note only 3 8s play here, everything else is a disconnected 9.
>JoshSokol: BEIIPVW 11A VI. +7 375
#note missed P(H)I I3, which seems right. No idea. #questionable
