>Jackson: AAEILNY H8 INLAY +24 24
>Josh_Sokol: DEEGIKM 12D GEEK. +26 26
#note KELIM, GEEKY, GEEK, GEMLIKE are the plays worth considering. I like the feel of GEEKY a lot, KELIM encourages the board to be too S dependent, GEMLIKE opens a big double double for no reason, and GEEK also protects INLAYS and doesn't play into Josh's rack at all. KELIM wins a sim by a couple points, about tied with GEMLIKE but over GEEKY and GEEK, but it does feel a bit short term.

>Jackson: EGPRSTU 4H G.P.ER +35 202
#note 4B PUG is good as well, ERST is always a force to be reckoned with. GIPPER sims around even, I liked the S hook setup and the potential challenge
>Josh_Sokol: ?AAESST - +0 186
>Jackson: EEHSTUW 4B HEW +28 230
#note WHET and THEW sim about 2 points better than HEW. ESTU is a much better leave, with the pool and the GIPPERS spot and the R in GIPPER, but ultimately I am giving back a lot of lucrative hooks, plus scoring 4 fewer immediately.
>Josh_Sokol: AACFILO A1 FLOC +51 237
>Jackson: EOSTUYZ N2 ZESTY +62 292
#note Q thinks this is a pretty big mistake over SOYUZ L11, which is surprising for a 6 point sacrifice plus opening the Z. Quack thinks Josh's avg score is not crazily affected, just a 4 point bump, whereas mine is almost 14 points up, partly for bingo % but it seems largely just for greater rack flexibility, having an E with not many left. Still surprised by the sim result, that SOYUZ sims 8 ahead.
>Josh_Sokol: AABCDIR O1 BAD +32 269
>Jackson: AEHOOTU O5 OATH +28 320
>Josh_Sokol: ACEIRSX L11 XI +27 296
#note seems like a decent call, not drawing too much into a gnarly pool, even though reaching for the blank is usually good. I think this is the call, XERIC can give me too much control
>Jackson: DEIOSUW J10 UDO +21 341
#note UDO is the highest static play, interestingly. A sim likes OWIE 6A best, followed by UDO a point back, then WOE and the DOWSE plays. UDO was an annoying play to make because it didn't have a strong plan, the goal was just to keep flexible tiles, keep the S in case Josh bingoes so I have case S, and hope to make something happen later. DOWSE was tempting to try and start a plan to outrun, but a lot of DOWSER or DOWSES plays can score a lot and keep Josh well within one bingo range. I considered DOWSE 6B as well, but again doesn't even deal with bingoes that well. OWIE might be a better version of UDO, keeping potentially more flexible tiles to block or counter bingo. I don't love DOWSE at this score, just cause it gives up a lot of power in the rack when I need to be dealing with potential bad draws. With a better pool, DOWSE might be better
