#note seems like LEAP is the call here, super defensive, forcing Josh to make the first move.
>Josh_Sokol: BEEIRTT 3I BITER +27 49
>Jackson: ABEEMOR 2J MABE +32 52
#note I liked OBE at first, but BITER often keeps an R, making it worse. I liked MABE over BEMA to keep the O-BE hook, but actually the OBI hook seems more useful since hooking ER can be annoying. Oversight there. The other factor is that an R isn't actually so high in his range, cause a lot of reasonable comboes would either give him a firstly better fish (RIB keeping ENRT), or bingoes (BRITTLER, TERRIBLE, etc). Basically MABE is a double mistake on range finding and positional play.

#note didnt see ORZO 6H, which looks worth it to stay in range. The R helps the leave and this sets up DOZE plays, but still I gotta stay in range better
>Josh_Sokol: EELNTVY 13F EVENLY +21 388
#note this outruns bingoes really well cause it leaves 5 in the bag, so it forces the position into what happened - accept a play at H11 and hope to draw well enough to block the proper lane (1 or 15) and take the high win %. It also reaches for the blanks and the As, the latter of which I basically never have with ZOO. VEIN G2 is a reasonable play as well, blocking the top and centralizing the lanes on the botom - the only problem is that a bingo immediately will leave 1 in the bag, so VEIN doesn't outrun as consistently as if it left 7 in the bag, but it still does a pretty good job cause lots of bingoes will give a lot back to Josh, and ELTY is pretty flexible.
>Jackson: AADIORS H11 OR.AD +21 344
>Josh_Sokol: ?ADEGHIS G1 UNW.T +14 402
#note somehow Josh misses all the good tiles in the bag. He is left with only the pitiful (L)UN to block, which gets easily outrun in endgames. (D)UNT is also a block, but similarly pitiful. This wins 4/8, with the A in the bag forcing me to find and choose (MI)SlIGH(T)ED at J2.
