#note sims about even with the two BAWN plays, maybe a hair worse. EIP can work well with the R, but i kinda liked PINWALE with LOUIE keeping vowels and Is, the I in PINWALE not as dangerous
>Jeremy_Hall: ASX 8A AX.S +36 66

#note really close with ADZ, it rarely gets blocked and I can work through the rack better now than potentially next turn. close in a sim, back and forth
>Jeremy_Hall: FO B6 FO. +25 91
>Jackson: BDELMOV D4 MOVE. +25 164
#note super dumb move. Considered BALM, VUM and MOVES mainly. I was not sure enough of VOLUMED to really consider it. I loved VUM cause BDELO is a sneaky good leave, and it mainly just gives me flexibility in all scenarios. BALM was similar, scoring way more and forgoing bingo chances, but blocking the A column and keeping at least a balanced leave that rarely turns into shit. MOVES is actually terribly bad, maybe 5 worse than VUM/BALM on paper but relaly just accomplishes nothing. Hated this move and should hav elistened to my gut

#note nice job sniffing out the setup

#note Tough position. With ?? out, I was tempted to not go for a bingo defense strategy here and try to outrun. I could do QUI(D), but it felt like that accomplished nothing besides hoping for a blank or two. I considered (N)OW, which blocks some lanes nicely, and also hits the sneaky DAIQUIRIS with IS I? S? draws, plus DAIQUIRI with any I draw. Finally WIZ, going for TORQUE or a couple other QUE words. WIZ hits with CE, ES, ET, or any of those with a blank, so the odds aren't so bad. The problem is that he could play at A1 himself, which really fucks me over, and moreover, since he clearly knows I have the Q after blocking QI, he could figure out that I am going for an A1 QUE play. With this in mind, maybe something like OWI(E) is not so bad, going for an easy ROQUE play, or just QUID hoping to scrape out a win. All in all I think being aggressive wiht NOW or WIZ is good, but it is not foolproof

#note that worked out well

#note hard turn. I think JADE, JADES and JADEITES are worth considering. JADEITES wins close to half the time, the K is a big tile to draw, and usually wins if he draws it, and usually loses if he doesn't. JADES is nice cause bingoes likely win since I can only play 1 tile to not empty the bag. I think JADE is the worst of the options, I can always figure out something to do to outrun. There are still enough situations after JADES where just an O drop from me can outrun bingoes, so I think more and more he just has to go for JADEITES and go for the win.

Crazy part here was that he laid down JADEITES and considered it for a while, and I was sitting on EEIIOOU and completely dead, but he got scared of the K and thought he had to go for broke with a word that might be valid.
>Jackson: EEIIOOU 3J .OOIE +20 369
#note this is a wild looking play but I think it's best - this gives back SEJEANT, which I think he's forced to play, but since he laid down JADEITES I know the bag is CIIKS?. After SEJEANT, I actually outrun with all draws except CIIS, so 14/15 win%. Other plays can let him play and draw the other blank and bingo out.

>Jackson: CEIIISU O1 CIS +21 390
#note crazily enough, I actually draw the one losing combo after LOOIE! he was very low on time and didnt have enough time to see SEJEANT, so I came out alive
