#note tough position because I felt it was quite unlikely he saved an S with ROAN, though blank makes more sense. ELECTRO sims best, but very close with the other options, all the 5 bingoes are quite reasonable here. I figured he was slightly less likely to have heavy tiles and the S hook after ELECTOR is not beneficial to me while the scoring spots are.
