#note First major error: Q likes PATENT or PATTTEN at 8J. I'm guessing for two reasons - a better leave with only two consonants instead of four, and it takes out the hot spot of the tws, with some big scoring tiles still in the pool. I did consider AGENT, also superior to my play, but didn't want to hang three nice floaters out in the open for Paul to bingo through.

>steve: GHINORT O4 THOR.ING +76 367
#note Looks nice, with a good fit, but a fatal error. Wasn't sure of NORTHING, which would have been 100 points. TROTHING on row 14 scores 78, two more than what I got, but more importanly mucks up all the bingo lines in the lower right quadrant.
>Paul_Holser: AENTUWZ 15A ZETA +49 355
>steve: ACDRRSW J8 .AWS +33 400
#note The best play here empties the bag, which seems counter-intuitive as it gives the opponent control of the endgame. But I need to take out the bingo lines as well as the hot spot at 11K. DRAWS or SWARD at L10 win 78 percent of the time.
>Paul_Holser: ?DENRUV 10J ..N +6 361
>steve: ACDDERR M10 DARED +22 422
#note The idea now is to play off one tile, either duplicate. RE at D7 wints 74 percent, D(AM) 73. This 61 per cent.
