#note FLoWN is cool and not even a bad play - exchanging only sims slightly ahead, Q likes ST?

#note best play is the beautiful m3 TREETOP

>Josh_Sokol-Rubenstein: EEIPTTT N10 PETIT +42 183
>Jackson: BDIJPUW M13 PUB +26 191
#note at first liked WUD to set up JIB/IWIS, but PUB is even better cause it sets up JIBED with an E draw. They sim pretty close altogether cause JIBED is not guaranteed, however I can always hit it on a future turn

>Jackson: AIIIIRS 12A RA.II +14 252
#note few vowels left and I have the case S, so I preferred this to exchanging to exact another plan of squeaking it out
>Josh_Sokol-Rubenstein: ?DEKLRX I6 K.X +23 268
>Jackson: DEIISUY J1 DYE +33 285
#note considered DIN to keep the Y for J2, but this blocks that scoring spot, and with few vowels left it is harder for him to use the 1 row. this sims best
>Josh_Sokol-Rubenstein: ?DELRRR 3M L.R +6 274
>Jackson: EIIISTU 1F TEII. +18 303
#note he'd been playing like he had a blank for a bit, and LOR has a good range - I was worried about TEIID cause a lot of stuff like EMNR?, ALNR? type stuff hits the 2 row much better after TEIID than it does the 1 row, because of the dearth of vowels. This made me want to play RUIN or UNI, but it makes it harder to outrun, plus TEIID counters bingoes generally better by scoring, keepin gmy S for setups at A12. I think this is the play still, it just sucked to play into his range for him for free. Two other reasonable plays are RUIN, just to counter his range well (blocks the easier 7s lane), and exchanging down to EIST just to be aggressive in response. I think all are reasonable
>Josh_Sokol-Rubenstein: ?DEEORR 2A REORgED +75 349
>Jackson: AIINSUZ C1 Z.A +24 327
#note crazy position here. The A and the Z feel like fantastic tiles here, but the Z can get in the way with so many clunkers in the pool and no Es, so hitting a huge Z play will be tough. Champ's fave is RUIN, which makes sense from a leave perspective, but takes away any R setups I can make later. I dont hate ZOA just for timing, leaving 7 in the bag will give me more flexibility next turn after his play, and I can open the possiblity of fishing for bingoes. this play felt really wild to make and theres probably something better but not that I can see so far
>Josh_Sokol-Rubenstein: CLLMNNV E9 V.N.C +20 369
>Jackson: GHIINSU A12 .HUS +21 348
#note considered RUSHING strongly, which can certainly win with the right draw, but RHUS has good upside as well drawing occasional bingoes, extending occasional plays like CRAWL (or threatening to), and hitting A1 plays when I draw the vowels. RUSHING may be technically better, it's hard to tell. they're similar for champ - RUSHING does draw more tiles towards the vowels, which prevents situations like the one we got where I leave a vowel in the bag, but if he has the C for CRUSHING he can win even with 7 consos. I am happy with this play overall
>Josh_Sokol-Rubenstein: CGHLLMN G5 CL.G +18 387
#note CLEG wins with AGIIM and loses with NOW - I can have some nice out in two with ARMING or WIN J5 if he draws one of those three.
