#note opponent hinting at bingoable tiles, so not inclined for DUC(T) or DUC(AL). Didn't see URD, which is def better, and missed the Q(U)A- stuff h7, which is really bad
>Jay_Levin: OO 9K .OO +7 180
>Zach_Ansell: DFOQUUU -DFOQUUU +0 153
#note Seriously? Surely (T)U(T)U cant be correct here, right? also def want to exchange Q here, I don't care what quackle says. Considered keeping F in case (ROO)F(Y)* was a word, but talked myself out of it

Phew, sim vindicates me here

>Zach_Ansell: BEEHLRU 10L HE. +18 196
#note I hate that I know exactly what spot (9 row) my opponent is going for and I can do nothing about it. Got kinda tilted with opponent fishing so blatantly and having to maintain this closed board WHILE BEHIND.
>Jay_Levin: ADEINST 9B SEDATIN. +64 261
>Zach_Ansell: BEFLRSU 8A FUB +30 226
#note goddamn SURFABLE, don't know it but definitely wouldve played it if I did. Tilted that opponent got the fish and I couldnt do a fucking thing.
>Jay_Levin: EGOR 10C GORE +22 283
>Zach_Ansell: EKLRSST 11E ELK +23 249
#note ok this is just a bad play apparently. Thought it was fine at the time, mightve been overestimating remaining vowels. Don't know KELT/S, still need to learn fours, but I saw L(AR)K/S and just thought this was better. Welp.
>Jay_Levin: II -II +0 283
>Zach_Ansell: AORRSST 8A ...AR +20 269
#note WTF SARTORS, just out of the probability range I've studied so far. Opponent exchanging 2 is probably Q and signifies bingo tiles, so not willing to play SORTA, esp. since I'm hoping for SQ- plays. S(ELECTING) stuff is cool, forgot about it after ARC, so a mistake there.
>Jay_Levin: DEHIR 12A HIDER +31 314

>Jay_Levin: PU 11A UP +14 328
>Zach_Ansell: EEOQRST 14A TOE +22 328
#note again, opponent hinting at bingoable tiles, so I am continuing to feel that I can't really open the board despite being down, so STORE ootq, and still praying for SQ- stuff
>Jay_Levin: ?AEINNV A14 .I +6 334
>Zach_Ansell: ?ENQRSW 10C ....R +13 341
#note I know its a phony, played it before, but reasonable and opponent shuffling tiles every which way, and best way I saw to block bingo stuff. Didn't think DOHS was good so didnt consider QiS there, which championship player likes. I hate this engame with every fiber of my being.
>Jay_Levin: ?ADEV H11 sAVDE +34 368
>Jay_Levin: ?ADEV -- -34 334
#note FUCK THIS ENDGAME. If he plays sAVED PROPERLY, I win easily with Qu(E)EN. Instead I hold for a while to calculate and I miscount or something because i think i can win after challenging, but low on time and i suck at endgames like this. I also just missed the 50-50 to pull the U out of the bag, which easily wins too with SQUaW or SQUEg.
>Zach_Ansell: ?ENNQSW H11 SuQ +19 360
#note Still winning plays here SOMEhow, though I don't know the last tile in the bag and too low on time now, like sub 2 mins, and my faulty calculations thought SuQ won in some cases. The winning sequences Quackle finds are kinda complicated. going to cry in a corner now. Can't do SWiNE b/c DONATIVE or Q-stuck endgame.
>Jay_Levin: ?ADEIOV 14F VIsED +31 365
>Zach_Ansell: ENNUW 15I WEN +14 374
#note *sulk*
>Jay_Levin: AO F13 O.A +6 371
>Jay_Levin: (NU) +4 375
#note only loss of tournament, which helps take off some of the disgust for this game, but I'm still mad about sAVDE.
