#player2 Joey Joey
>Josh: AAEEORV H8 AVO +12 12
#note wanted my 7s to fit, so chose this placement instead of the safer H6 one. This is probably wrong. #questionable
>Joey: EGLNRSU 10G L.UNGERS +63 63
#note I was only 99% sure of LUNGERS, but also feared the front hooks and easy underlaps.
>Josh: ADEEORT K6 DERO.ATE +70 82
#note I held LOUNGERS mostly because I was super confused about why he didn't play LUNGERS
>Joey: FIILRTU M9 F.UIT +24 87
>Josh: AGINPRT I2 PARTING +65 147
#note did not remember PRATING. #questionable
>Joey: BDILNOR H1 LOB +23 110
>Josh: ?EEEEIK L4 EKE +17 164
#note weird spot. I saw 4G EE(R)IE which has the best equity by a longshot. I decided against it for reasons. Those reasons are pretty frivolous, but I thought I could control this board I think. But EKE is also a fish, so if I bingo where is the control? I dunno. This is a huge sacrifice so I hope I'm not crazy. #strategymedium
>Joey: DEEIINR M2 INDIE +25 135
>Josh: ?EEEISS 12D EEnSIES. +66 230
#note probably EpEEIS(T)S 5C for 2 fewer to not set up long-term forking potential with the W hook or something. Not the 2x2 ending in E thing, no, not that!! #findingsmall
>Joey: ACDDEOR N2 DO +14 149
>Josh: AINRSTW E6 TINWAR.S +72 302
>Joey: ACDEMOR O3 MERCADO +94 243
#note Took me a while to realize CAROMED got another anagram added recently.
>Josh: ABEINUY F2 BUNYA +22 324
#note why Joey is in this game? Well, this is not strong positionally play on display here. This is probably the best I have.
>Joey: AAFIOQW C12 WAIF +31 274
>Josh: EHILOPV B13 PHO +35 359
#note equity whoring is back. This has enormous long-term problems as a play, but might still be my best shot.
>Joey: ?AMOQXY N13 OXY +28 302
>Josh: EEIJLNV D3 JIVE +31 390
#note suddenly, things aren't so clear. I don't remember if I missed VIN(Y)L or not. I think I really need to deal with one of the threats this turn. This seems like a tactical failure. #tacticsSADDEST
>Joey: ?AAMOQT J1 QAT +26 328
>Josh: EILNRTZ 10B ZET. +33 423
#note none of my 1-tile plays at 13B blocked everything, but maybe (PA)L(S) is good to block most stuff. Even if he hits UNMACHO A6, I win 1/2 by drawing Z(OF)TIG with the G at 15A! After LUMbAGO, I also win 1/2 by C-sticking. If I draw the C, I lose by 1 point after ZINE B6 followed by (ME)H 9A. The problem is that if I play off 1, and he fishes with like M(I) 4C, he's hitting stuff in two spots (CLAUGHT/GAUCHeL(Y) for example). This blocks everything except GOULAsH 14F which wins by 1, and GAUCHELY or HOLOGAMY to the Y. I missed HOLOGAMY and GOULASH, but I was low on time and imagined there were a couple of things he could have that I didn't see.

I again win 1/2 if Joey has HOLOGAMY as long as I play (PA)L(S), since he gets C-stuck. Interestingly, if I had the C, I would probably play C(HI) instead of (PA)L(S), so there could be some inference made where you know you're losing 1/2 times. Still, I doubt there's ever a better option than a 1/2 in that case. After GAUCHeL(Y), I always lose, even though I draw MIZE(N) for 51 half of the time. Joey wins again by 1 after O(OF) 15A as an outplay. (PA)L(S) always outruns GOULAsH. Given all this I think PALS is still the play. He wins half of the time with 3 draws and once for sure with 1 draw. He also wins when he plays M(I) and leaves the O in the bag, and there might be other situations like that, but I haven't found any. This play just loses to 3 draws straight up. Didn't do the math but I think this means I made a mistake. #pre-endgameSADDEST
>Joey: ?AHLMOU 15L HO.A +42 370
#note Intriguing looking rack, but no bingo. I did manage to find the right sequence.
>Josh: CGILNR 8B CLI.G +9 432
>Joey: ?LMU 14H LUMs +21 391
>Joey: (NR) +4 395
