>Jared_Cappel: AAHILLT 8C THALLI +26 26
#note This and HIATAL are simming neck and neck. If I'm confident LAITH takes no hooks, maybe I play that to induce a possible phony by him down the road. He said he wouldn't have tried to hook LAITH so I'm glad I went with this approach.
>Morris_Greenberg: AEJMMTU 7B JEU +19 19
#note I forgot of UMMA(H), that seems a bit better, and JAM 7B underneath is a bit better too.
>Jared_Cappel: ADPSVYZ F8 .AZY +36 62
#note Missed DAVY 6D which is easy to see and 4-5% WP better.
>Morris_Greenberg: AEMMOTT E11 MOT +24 43
>Jared_Cappel: DINPSVX D12 PIX +34 96
#note This sims best but it creates a big Y hook I will need to keep an eye on.
>Morris_Greenberg: AEMNSST H4 MANT.SES +63 106
#note I considered not bingoing here with SATEM due to the possibility of PIXY. If I think Jared is setting up a Y it seems merited, otherwise not, and I didn't have strong enough reason to think so. Quackle also thinks STAMENS 9H or 7H are only slightly worse than MANTISES, I didn't consider those plays as I thought the closedness of MANTISES was a virtue (and didn't even look for STAMENS in reality given no S hooks on the board), but if I think there is a small chance Jared has the Y, maybe the open bingo is the right idea to allow for counterplay after a Y play.
>Jared_Cappel: DEINSTV 5D DEVI.NTS +98 194
#note He blocked DIVINEST but gave me an even better spot.
>Morris_Greenberg: BILLRWY 15A WILY +62 168
>Jared_Cappel: ACGNNOU 4A CANON +28 222
#note C10 NOUNAL is nice but I didn't see it. C10 GAUN or GUAN are also slight improvements to my play.
>Morris_Greenberg: ABDELRW C11 LABE. +38 206
#note This is sloppy, I didn't realize BLAW and BRAW C10 scored only 3 fewer points, those are definitely worth it. I also missed the star play for opening the board and going for the blanks, WR(IT)ABLE.
>Jared_Cappel: AEEEFKU 14B K.. +40 262
#note When in doubt, leave AEEEFU. Sims best.
>Morris_Greenberg: DEEFIRW J2 WEF. +18 224
#note I didn't like anything here really, I considered WIFED I10 but thought after a parallel play that would deaden the bottom of the board. Jared had the nice idea after the game of just WIFE to allow for a bingo lane at row 15 if he makes a parallel play. I also considered FE 3B and thought it was too slow to not play the F and W this turn, but I failed to realize my play closes possibilities of making a 3B play on future turns with the intention of opening a bingo lane (as the W in WEFT cuts off those bingos). This is sloppy.
>Jared_Cappel: AEEFGIU 3B FE +19 281
#note Quackle would rather play FAG or FUG and get rid of my sole consonant. But the best play is GATE or GETA forming GLAZY. I saw GLAZY earlier, then forgot about it, but fortunately remembered it by next turn.
>Morris_Greenberg: ADEEIRS F13 ED +13 237
#note Quackle sim like A(T) 7G or (L)A G8, but will be prone to error of equity player and not Jared. This or (F)AIRED seem right.
>Jared_Cappel: AEEGITU 7F GE.A +28 309
>Morris_Greenberg: AEIIRSU 14F .UI +4 241
#note Exchanging IU or IIU is definitely better than taking the 4 points, though this or (S)IEUR seems like the best non-exchange plays.
>Jared_Cappel: ?EGIRTU 15H TRUEInG +80 389
>Morris_Greenberg: AAEINRS 4G A. +6 247
>Jared_Cappel: ?HNOQRU K11 ROQU. +28 417
>Morris_Greenberg: ABEINRS N8 SABERIN. +84 331
>Jared_Cappel: ?DHNOPT O5 DOTH +39 456
#note Many plays are simming to win 99.99%, includingi this one. TOPH has the highest valuation.
>Morris_Greenberg: ACDEIRV L8 CAVED +36 367
#note Jared said he had a few bingos here, I was running out of time so I played something that blocked the best bingo lane with leaving the possibility if I somehow draw the blank, (C)A(SH) is a possibility.
>Jared_Cappel: ?GINOPR M2 PIGNORa +78 534
#note PERIGON scores 9 more. I already had PIGNORA in mind with ASH and didn't realize he had given me COSH.
>Jared_Cappel: (EIOOORR) +14 548
