>Brian_Bowman: BDOU H7 BUDO +14 14
#note Word Cup, CSW Div. 1, round 1
>Charles_Reinke: EIMTTUU 10D TIME.UT +17 17
>Brian_Bowman: JN E9 J.N +20 34
>Charles_Reinke: AAFIORU F6 FORA. +27 44
#note The leave sucks, but this is my highest-scoring option and it blocks (D)JIN - I wasn't sure if JIN was a a setup.
>Brian_Bowman: ACLX 12B CALX +44 78
#note I wrote CALK down, so I squandered approximately 25 seconds of my life trying to figure out if there was a second K in the set, since my next play definitely involves me playing a K.
>Charles_Reinke: AACIKTU E3 KUTI +21 65
#note Didn't know CI(C)UTA, but CA(C)TI is findable. I spent a while convincing myself that this was a word because apparently reviewing all the fours in the days before the tourney didn't magically put them all into my head. Actually, I don't even know why I would rely on magic to do that for me.

>Brian_Bowman: EELW L12 WEEL +41 287
>Charles_Reinke: EFNQRRY L2 Q.N +24 291
#note With four I's out to draw F2 QI, I could hold onto it here and play J2 F(A)ERY (which I missed) or 8K (R)EFRY.
>Brian_Bowman: IOP A13 POI +19 306
>Charles_Reinke: EFIRRYZ 8K .EFRY +36 327
#note 8J F(R)IZER. Or F(A)ERY again.
>Brian_Bowman: EGLS M10 GELS +27 333
>Charles_Reinke: ACDIIRZ F2 ZA +37 364
#note Given the unseen pool of EEHILORST?, Brian has N2 ISOTHE(R)E a ridiculous amount of the time. I should block with N5 IZA(R) and forget about leaving one in the bag. Brian's bingo chances after ZA are 66% vs. 47% with IZAR. I didn't see ISOTHERE so I was happy to block what I viewed as the most dangerous bingo line on row 1. That was sound thinking because there are fourteen possible bingos on row 1 and only three available on column O. I could rationalize my poor play further but I think I've made my point.
