#note I wanted to devalue the S hook and make bingos harder for him with what I thought was a fish-heavy leave, and this does do that while having decent equity. That being said, the play really is ANCHO, setting up the R hook I have that my opponent might not have. This is similar to the TRAVE miss against Nigel in the 2013 Nationals: I just really struggle to find these plays that set up hooks in my rack.

#note Creating an R floater for 9 points with ANOR? is probably not the type of line I should be creating. COR is a much better try, but it might be better just to create some floaters and lines that are actually good for my leave, like RACON and CROON. COR does seem like the best option, but this is probably not even in the top 5 of options here, which is what is most disappointing.
