>Noah: ADEEHTW 12L EATH +32 296
#note Didn't think of WEALTH or AWED here. I might take AWED over WEALTH to block, but both seem good over EATH here.

>Sam_Hollington: ?DOORTV 15G ROTO +16 377
#note DOR L4 wins...
>Noah: EGJM N10 JE.. +27 415
#note And ROTO should lose! I thought GM would be -8 for some reason, so JETE seemed solid. I don't know if I would've calculated JAM even if I had noticed JETE tied, but it does narrowly win, as VeLD is his best alternative to DeV.
>Sam_Hollington: ?DV L4 DeV +28 405
#note Sam actually had some troubles with his pen here, and only declared the blank verbally before stopping his clock (I think with two seconds left), writing it down afterward. I didn't call him on it - losing 10 points on a pen problem seems kind of shitty, though I didn't realize that it affected more than just the score, though that maybe shouldn't affect my decision. Maybe I should've called the director here - there was another player earlier in the tournament who only declared the blank verbally before hitting the clock, who I didn't call out, though the situation was less consequential. The NASPA rules are pretty clear that the opponent's clock should be restarted after a merely spoken blank designation, and I guess I would've been entitled to do so.
