>Mark_Pistolese: ?BCEINU 8D KETHS +34 34
>Mark_Pistolese: ?BCEINU -- -34 0
>Arie_Sinke: BIINPUU -BIUU +0 0
#note A long sim suggests that I keep IN rather than INP. I thought the P would go well with some of the floaters in KHETS.
>Mark_Pistolese: ?BCEINU -BC +0 0
>Arie_Sinke: EHILMNP 8H HM +14 14
#note This is the wrong placement of HM; I think Mark probably still has an H, and the H overlaps the M very nicely. That being said, HM, in the correct placement, is a strong contender against a five tile leave with an S and likely an H.
>Mark_Pistolese: ?DEIRST H8 .aRDIEST +86 86
>Arie_Sinke: BEGILNP 13F BL.EPING +80 94
#note Best.
>Mark_Pistolese: AOZ G9 ZOA +47 133
>Arie_Sinke: ADEOOUV L8 VODOU. +28 122
#note VOUDON looks a smidgen better; I probably should have taken the positional advantage of no O beside DWS into consideration.
>Mark_Pistolese: AJNU 15D JAUN. +20 153
>Arie_Sinke: AEEIIST 8K E.ITE +24 146
#note Looks correct.
>Mark_Pistolese: ADLY K7 D.LAY +33 186
>Arie_Sinke: AEIMOSS N3 AMOSI.ES +64 210
#note Missed AMITOSES - not a great play.
>Mark_Pistolese: AEGHIO O10 HOAGIE +38 224
>Arie_Sinke: FIKOTTW M5 WIK. +34 244
#note This looks fine, KOTOW 5K is a comparable alternative that sacrifices 10 points to clean up the rack.
>Mark_Pistolese: EGLU O1 LUGE +26 250
>Arie_Sinke: AFNOQTT M1 QAT +32 276
#note Looks right.
>Mark_Pistolese: DEIV J4 DIVE +19 269
>Arie_Sinke: BEFNOPT 5I F.B +16 292
#note Hard to know what to do here, a bunch of options are pretty close. I could go the scoring route with OFTEN/BETON at K1, but I'm not comfortable with the BP/FP leaves for relatively few extra points. I chose FIB over FORB 10F for one more point because it really restricted options for immediate scoring (as well as blocking bingos through the I and making bingos through the D more blockable in the future).
>Mark_Pistolese: ACR F10 CRA. +29 298
>Arie_Sinke: ENOPTTW E11 OP +22 314
#note I really should just play SWOT 14H here. If not that, ENTOZOA G5 for 25 is okay. This shapes the board in a really weird way that I have found conducive to winning in the past. However, equity matters.
>Mark_Pistolese: CEIOORT D12 OE +14 312
>Arie_Sinke: ELNRTTW 10J W.. +15 329
#note This is the only play I can come up with that gets any points. STET 14H is probably better anyhow, but Quackle thinks I should exchange.
>Mark_Pistolese: F 7M ..F +15 327
>Arie_Sinke: ELNORTT 14H .LOT +16 345
#note ENTOZOA is an option again, and I should probably do it, as it scores more and blocks bingos to the D in DIVE.
>Mark_Pistolese: CENRRUX -2 +0 327
>Arie_Sinke: AENNRST 4J .AN +12 357
#note I like this; I take a 30 point lead with a good rack and only dOPA to bingo with for Mark.
>Mark_Pistolese: T K3 T.. +5 332
>Arie_Sinke: EINRSTU 2L N. +2 359
#note Sims are of minimal value here. TRIUNES/UNITERS is very likely to lose.
>Mark_Pistolese: CIR 15L CIR. +9 341
>Arie_Sinke: EINRSTU M5 ....S +18 377
#note There was a tile missing - an E. I tracked correctly and retracked correctly and was confused by the disagreement between the number of tiles in the bag and my tracking sheet. I thought that I was emptying the bag and accepting inevitable defeat if Mark has YEARNEd/REYNARd. Plays like NU that try to obstruct set up the X to outrun. Not sure what to do here but this is probably fine.
>Mark_Pistolese: ?AENR C10 REdAN +17 358
>Arie_Sinke: EINRTUY B13 TIN +13 390
#note This is good to set up YE for 27, but TYRE 10A is one point better to set up RUTIN. Of course, I believe Mark has two of ERX.
>Mark_Pistolese: ERX J13 ..X +12 370
>Arie_Sinke: ERUY A14 YE +27 417
>Mark_Pistolese: ER 11B R. +2 372
>Arie_Sinke: RU - +0 417
#note Mark lost 10 points on time, and the last play didn't actually happen.
>Mark_Pistolese: E 10C .E +2 374
>Mark_Pistolese: (RU) +4 378
