#note not ZED or ZENDO cause this is defensive. given this start, she made the game really close
>Carla_Cree: CENOSTV 2F CO.VENTS +70 118
>Jackson: CDJLOTT M2 .LOJD +26 219
>Carla_Cree: EW L2 .EW +24 142
>Jackson: ACNORTT K4 TORC +18 237
#note I think a lot of plays are reasonable here. TORC is annoying because ofthe hooks that let her score and open the board, but immediately it's likely the best play. (E)NACTOR is interesting cause it blocks WIFEYS, which is nice longterm, but of course doesn't score anything right now. TA(W) is pretty standard, or even COOK.

#note blocking WIFEYS.

>Jackson: AHOTTTU 13K OUTT. +10 283
#note started to get worried about getting outrun/getting into situations where an unlikely bingo would win, so I was wary of playing UTA, though it sims best. OUTTA has the advantage of the OU not being parallellable, so bingoes can only really hook the O, which will not score well and often give a lot back. I liked this plan longer term, to try and outrun, since I felt the open space at the bottom would be hard to fully restrict.
>Carla_Cree: BIV 15L VIB. +13 236
>Jackson: ADHIIRT 4D H..I.R +26 309
#note HOKIER is definitely better immediately, but there is some merit to WIDTH or WRAITH to start exhausting the bottom. This sims around 6 ahead, so it's probably the call
>Carla_Cree: ?EGIPRU 14E GUIPuRE +65 301
>Jackson: AADIIOT H12 TO.I +21 330
#note missed ADOPT and DOPA here, which are both better. They both lower her bingo percentage over TOPI, since the T works better with the pool. I think I'd do DOPA here to ensure a more balanced rack.
>Carla_Cree: IQ 15D QI +24 325
>Jackson: AABDEIS O1 ABIDES +37 367
#note I mostly considered WASABI and ABIDES here. WASABI does outrun quite a lot, but if she plays two tiles and I can't do a proper 1 in the bag endgame out in two, she could possibly do an out in two and win in the endgame. The pool is quite balanced, so with ED I do quite often get an O column play, which should outrun even if I can't go out immediately. She bingoes around 5% of the time after ABIDES, which is probably less than the chance she outruns after WASABI, so this is probably fine. I don't see her outrunning after ABIDES, and also, she can't make any 1 tile fishes that open the top left, so there's no worry about her fishing.
