#player2 Billy_Nakamura Billy Nakamura
>Kevin_Fraley: UU -UU +0 0
>Billy_Nakamura: CDEKLSZ 8G ZEK +32 32
>Kevin_Fraley: EOS J7 OSE +20 20
>Billy_Nakamura: ACDGLLS 9E GLAD +22 54
#note Kevin's play screams that he is holding a bingo leave with at least 1 S. There's no way to block everything here, so this equity play seems best.
>Kevin_Fraley: AEISSTX K1 TAXISES +80 100
>Billy_Nakamura: ACEHLOS 1F CHOLA.ES +92 146
#note I whiffed on finding ESCHALO(T) here but CHOLATES seems best anyway for defense for words from 2J and making the top right slightly harder to access.
>Kevin_Fraley: CFIM 2J M.FIC +53 153
>Billy_Nakamura: AGNOPUY J6 P...Y +34 180
#note Considered YAUP(I)NG but didn't like the lanes it gave back. Q prefers that and P(E)ONY to my play. I thought keeping the N with my G and the open I on row 4 would help my leave, but Q says otherwise.
>Kevin_Fraley: GINOUV E3 VOGUIN. +24 177
>Billy_Nakamura: AEGNORU 3C GU. +14 194
#note Had no idea what to do here. ROU(X) seems like the play but I whiffed on finding it. I tunneled on hating the U and the G too much here. There are many plays better than what I chose.
>Kevin_Fraley: ANVY K9 NAVY +27 204
>Billy_Nakamura: AAEINOR D5 ANOA +15 209
#note Again, I have no idea what to do here as a result of missing the best play of ANIO(N). I considered plays like AERO or ANOA at L12 but they seem suicidal with both blanks out even though Q likes them better than my play.
>Kevin_Fraley: ?ALMNPW C8 PLoWMAN +83 287
>Billy_Nakamura: DEIORTT D10 DOIT +27 236
#note Terrible miss of I(N)TORTED here. Tunneled on DOTTIER in the spot Kevin played and was not thorough with looking for 8s.
>Kevin_Fraley: BEFT 4H BEF.T +26 313
>Billy_Nakamura: EIORTTU E11 ORT +26 262
#note Considered L12 ETUI and this. While ETUI does fork the board and leave better, I wanted to prevent him from making an easy score while keeping the board closed, as well as keep up the scoring pressure on him. E11 seems by far the best scoring spot on the board. I will have opportunities to fork the board later as Kevin seems unlikely to play in that spot himself.
>Kevin_Fraley: INOQ F4 ION +16 329
#note Kevin told my later that my choice of ORT the previous turn blocked B13 QI. I thought it was a huge mistake not to play off the Q right away, but Q says its much closer than I thought.
>Billy_Nakamura: AABEITU B12 ABA +26 288
#note Considered ABUT in the same spot and at L12, but was overly scared of keeping only vowels here. With only 10/26 unseen tiles as vowels and these being the case As, this is a mistake. It was around this point that I noticed Kevin was running low on time, so I took less time to consider this play in order to time rush him, but I need to make sure I'm making the correct play first.
>Kevin_Fraley: EINQ L4 .INE +14 343
#note Kevin again keeps the Q here for unknown reasons
>Billy_Nakamura: ?EHIRTU N2 .oUTHIER +70 358
#note Lucky...
>Kevin_Fraley: EEIQRU O8 REE +17 360
#note Kevin noted later that it was a mistake to play the 2nd E as not doing so allows him to fish for REQ- words. Q says this is a 10% win equity mistake.
>Billy_Nakamura: DEJLRRW I3 J.W +21 379
#note Q loves WR(Y)ER here (80% win vs 45% for my play) and I don't really know why. It seemed intuitive to not empty the bag here with the Q out and necessary to play off my J.
>Kevin_Fraley: EIQRTU H4 .E +9 369
#note I'm unsure of his last letter here. If it was an E, Q says he has 50% win equity with E(Y)E.
>Billy_Nakamura: DDELORR 12I DR.ER +18 397
#note Best endgame.
>Kevin_Fraley: EIIQRTU 4B QI +14 383
>Billy_Nakamura: DLO 11M OLD +11 408
>Billy_Nakamura: (EIRTU) +10 418
