>Jackson: CDEINOT I2 CTENOID +79 79
>Josh: EEHMNRT G8 HM +24 104
>Jackson: DEFFIRX 6H ..X +25 104
#note UNFIX or UNFIXED are pretty standard, and FIBERED is nice for the X setup, but I think LOX is better than all of them, cause the board is so dead, really lowering his average score, whereas mine isn't affected as much. This wins a sim. REIF is also good to set up F?X plays
>Josh: EENORTU 5E UNT..E +21 125
#note lots of good options here - COUTER, UNTUNE, ENOKI, EURO, RUNOUT. I think I like UNTUNE or EURO, keeping things tight generally, but ENOKI is also fine, which can lead to some more 8s lanes after an 8a play
>Jackson: DEFFIRS E1 DIFF.SER +65 169
#note FIFED isnt actually so much worse, but this is still clearly better
>Josh: AAELNOR D1 ALOE +31 156
>Jackson: AADEORS C3 ODA +27 196
#note sure OREAD is thematic, but I think this is still worth it. the Z becomes a worry, and AERS is usually over 7 better, even if maybe less so on this board.
>Josh: AANRUWY B1 YAW +28 184
>Jackson: AEGGRST D7 TAGGERS +75 271
>Josh: AINORRU 8A AUR.. +15 199
#note I think CORNUA is a great play here, setting up an L hook but more importantly opening the right side of the board. AURAR opens another good lane immediately, but I will often play on the bottom left inhibiting both TAGGERS lanes and AURAR lanes
>Jackson: ACDERTV K1 CAVED +38 309
>Josh: ?ILNORT A8 .NTIROlL +74 273
>Jackson: AIIJORT - +0 309
>Josh: AHNPSST 1K .HAPS +48 321
>Jackson: AIIJORT C13 AJI +24 333
#note didn't consider M1 AJI, which looks nice as well, esp cause of N column scoring bailouts. I think this is fine though
>Josh: BINNPST 11C B.NNI +14 335
#note seems like a good longterm play here. PST doesn't hit the 12 row very well, but it could definitely come in handy later, since he's down a tempo now
>Jackson: AIORTYZ A1 OY +35 368
#note considered AY to keep ADOZE for next turn with an E draw, but I think I end up drawing ADOZE often anyway down the line, and the case A can be a welcome addition to any rack for scoring here. I saw PARITY but really didn't give it enough consideration - it is fairly defensive for bingoes going forward and almost guaranteed I draw ADOZE next turn. That said, it is annoying to draw lots of tiles into this pool with QUVW, where the Q can be a real hindrance. Looks close between OY and PARITY
>Josh: GOOPSTU F1 OP +25 360
#note 2m GO is actually pretty cool - it bingoes over 30% of the time, which I believe, cause the most common EI draw gives O1 SOUPIEST, which he gets just under 8% of the time. POPOUT is also a good play here
>Jackson: AIMQRTZ B7 Q.AI +21 389
#note I think I gotta shed the Q here, and lots of vowels are to come
>Josh: EEGOSTU 10H .OGUE +10 370
#note looks like a good play, opening up another lane, making it impossible for me to block everything
>Jackson: LLMORTZ N1 .LOTZ +32 421
#note playing 3 tiles is still gonna get outrun by a bingo and can open the door to him fishing 1 tile into unblockable bingoes, so I think I have to pull the trigger on PLOTZ and hope he didn't connect. TROLL may be a better version of this, cause it actually blocks more bingoes than PLOTZ somehow - only VEINLETS plays through the L, and nothing from the A or P in CHAPS. however, TROLL can still get outrun with ADOZE blocks and out in twos, so I think PLOTZ is the call overall, cause that basically never gets outrun
>Josh: EEEINST 10D .EE +12 382
