I'm not sure why I settled on the one play that keeps the F, but maybe I got spooked by leaving BIOTINS open. Of course, the S is already strong with HIPBONES and L11 OAF adresses that. AFRO is probably just fine though. Not a big mistake but missing easy candidate plays is lousy

#note Spent lots of time here. I knew I was going to be playing long for a shot at the X. I narrowed it down to this and TAENIAE. I was wary of INSANE giving up such an easy 7 line, but I realised I outran a 7 there most of the time. Though the JX are definitely potential pratfalls. Both candidates sim a bit behind 2B AE which was definitely not on my radar. But I do draw two consonants most of the time and have a decent chance to hit one of the bingo lines. If I miss, the S still has value to score next turn. Was I tunnelling too much on the X and prioritizing turnover too highly?
