#note CSW, my non-primary lexicon, throws me a curveball here, as this play, obvious in NWL, is third best. HOVED# and HOVEN# look significantly better. I didn't know either word. Honestly, it amazes me that I manage to get by so well in CSW with my very incomplete word knowledge.
>Heidi_Robertson: AZ 7G ZA +44 44
>Arie_Sinke: ADNRTUW E5 UNT.WARD +98 128
#note I get an early bingo and hope to cruise to a win. Sadly for me, it didn't work out like that.
>Heidi_Robertson: IR 12C RI. +8 52
>Arie_Sinke: AEGLMOP I4 GLOP +27 155
#note A number of options look better - best is PAGLE# B10 for 34, which I actually knew, but also PLAGE in the same spot, GALOP instead of GLOP, etc. This only sims three points back.
>Heidi_Robertson: ??AIPRS C8 SPAR.Ing +84 136
>Arie_Sinke: CDEEEMN 9G EME +25 180
#note This also doesn't look very good; MEE F10 and MEED F10 were apparently too hard for me, as well as EMCEE/EMCEED in the same spot, all of which are clearly better.
>Heidi_Robertson: FIS J5 IFS +44 180
>Arie_Sinke: ADEMNOU 15A DO.MA +30 210
#note 14B UnMOANED# is the play, this is actually not even as good as something like OUMA H1.
>Heidi_Robertson: BIO B10 BOI +28 208
>Arie_Sinke: CEENSSU 10H SEC +19 229
#note Very sad that CENSUSED got blocked. I should bail out the U with CUES/ECUS K2.
>Heidi_Robertson: EW F10 WE +28 236
#note This actually looks pretty good; the other option is OBVS A10, which I have no recollection of even seeing, but the two plays are close.
>Arie_Sinke: BENOSUV A8 EVO +23 252
#note This actually looks pretty good, the other option is OBVS# A10, which I have never seen, but the two plays are close.
>Heidi_Robertson: EFR K4 REF +27 263
>Arie_Sinke: ABLNSTU H1 TUBA +25 277
#note I could bingo with BUNTALS# or TULBANS#, but I don't know those words. I could also play BALU#, but I couldn't remember that CSW four. Failing that, this and BUNA look like my best plan C; I'm not sure why I couldn't come up with BUNA.
>Heidi_Robertson: AACINQU 1A ACQUAIN. +110 373
>Arie_Sinke: DEJLNOS L1 JOLE +42 319
#note Didn't know JOLED#, which is clearly better.
>Heidi_Robertson: ILT 1L .ILT +33 406
>Arie_Sinke: ADKNNOS K9 KON +20 339
#note IKON M1 looks like a substantial improvement. I think at this point I'm just slapping down tiles and hoping for the best. I didn't play particularly well this game; if I ever want to make CSW my primary lexicon, I'm going to have to do a lot of studying, plus I constantly miss NWL words when playing CSW, possibly because I'm taxing my brain looking for those CSW words that I do know.
>Heidi_Robertson: HIN 2B HIN +39 445
>Arie_Sinke: ADLNSUX 3A DAN +40 379
#note Maybe DUX 12K instead?
>Heidi_Robertson: DEGY F3 EDGY +33 478
>Arie_Sinke: ALSTUXY B1 ...Y +12 391
#note Fishing for TEXTUALS (which isn't good) and LUXATES.
>Heidi_Robertson: EEI 14A EI.E +17 495
>Arie_Sinke: ALSTTUX M3 AX +32 423
#note I get something right, blocking GENITOR.
>Heidi_Robertson: EGINORT 8K INGOT +29 524
>Arie_Sinke: LSTTU I1 ST +24 447
#note Another correct endgame play, thank goodness I got three plays right in 14 turns.
>Heidi_Robertson: ER 5M ER +12 536
