>skaplan31: AEGIITU - +0 0
#note Rd 5 Philly virtual 9-5-2021. I'm 2nd.
>jammcc: AIORSTZ 8D ZORIS +48 48
#note Looks fine.
>skaplan31: AEGIITU E6 AG.UTI +14 14
#note Due to the position of the Z, I like how well this forks. It's unfortunate how much this move gives back, but 7G AUGITE poses its own problems, giving back easily more on average. This, 7F ETUI, and 7E TEGUA all sim closely together.
>jammcc: AGLLOST G4 GALL.OTS +61 109
#note I would not have stopped GALLIOTS from coming down. Nice find Jamie!
>skaplan31: CEEFINO H1 FOCI +34 48
#note Or FICO in the same spot.
>jammcc: DEPRTUW D4 WUD +17 126
#note F5 TWE(R)P is very nice! I don't think I would have spotted that.
>skaplan31: EEENOTY C2 EYEN +21 69
#note Wasn't crazy about doing D11 TONEY just yet. EYE and EYEN are close because Column B reparallels are still gonna be relatively abundant, but they won't always score as well for Jamie after EYEN vs. EYE.
>jammcc: AEEOPRT H11 OPERA +32 158
#note Disconnected 9 alert: 11B PER(I)O(S)TEA! I did not know that one. This is Jamie's best nonbingo.
>skaplan31: EEHIORT B2 HOE +33 102
#note Best play and sets up my other E nicely.
>jammcc: EELQTVX I11 LEX +42 200
#note I would not have done TELEX here due to the much clunkier leave, even though this play did briefly bring me down until I found a better play.
>skaplan31: EIPRSTV 2G S.RPTIVE +88 190
#note The first things I saw were 10I PRIVETS, 15D PRIVATES, and 13G PERVIEST until LEX came down. I got the best bingo in the end.
>jammcc: AEQTTVY J10 QAT +41 241
>skaplan31: IIJNORU K8 JOIN +43 233
#note Easily best. Good thing I realized SOLA takes an N hook.
>jammcc: BDELTVY D11 BEVY +28 269
#note 12H (PET)TEDLY is extremely nice too.
>skaplan31: ACIMRRU 8K .UMAR +45 278
#note Most by far.
>jammcc: ADEILOT G13 DOL +23 292
#note I'm shocked Jamie missed O3 TAILO(R)ED.
>skaplan31: ?CEFIIR N8 .RtIFICE +74 352
#note I did not know 15G (LA)tICIFER for 92. While my bingo isn't bad, I did miss N7 p(A)CIFIER for 4 more. That move is also safer. #findingmedium
>jammcc: ?AEEINT A3 bETAINE +84 376
#note Jamie's got the best one here.
>skaplan31: DEGMRSU 15J MERG.D +33 385
>jammcc: ABHKNOT F14 KA +36 412
#note Looks good in order to try outrunning me with his other scoring power.
>skaplan31: ADEISUW 1N WE +20 405
#note I did see and consider B9 WADIES. It wasn't looking very good with a 27 point deficit feeling like more than just that. After WADIES, he has A12 BOAT 1/2 the time. He can also outrun me easily with 14J HO or 14J HA no matter how poorly he's keeping. 13A WAIVE was also considered, but the possibility of A12 HWAN was just too likely as well. I guess I gotta cut some spread here as even if I draw a vowel, he still has L1 HINT or NINTH to get himself out of the mess. I didn't do L1 WIDE as he definitely has an N and I'm just trying to cut spread the best I can. As for the possible bingoes, after doing 6A AW, I only saw DAUTIES and SUBIDEA which would both play at B9, but Jamie can take those out and win that way. So I knew I was probably screwed.
>jammcc: BHNNNOT L1 N.NTH +18 430
#note Perfectly understandable to want to go out in 2 and win that way.
>skaplan31: AADISU 6L SADI +18 423
#note K6 AD(JOIN)S is 1 more spread point. Not a huge mistake.
>jammcc: BNO 14A BON. +18 448
#note Best out play for him. Good game Jamie!
>jammcc: (AU) +4 452
