>joeboy2: AIIRRTT 8H TRAIT +12 12
#note Rd 1 Philly virtual 3-11-2021. This is fine despite the annoying rack to start.
>skaplan31: ACEGSSV J5 AVG.S +17 17
#note VESICAS for 48 is clearly the move here which I missed. My goal was to create opportunities for the board to open up while still telegraphing another S. K7 VISAGE is also worth considering but I want to keep him on his toes. And it makes sense with the S hook on both sides of TRAIT.
>joeboy2: ?EHIIRT 9C THIRtIE. +67 79
#note H8 (T)RIcHITE or (T)ITcHIER are his best moves for 92 each. This word he played is 83 at H8 too.
>skaplan31: CDEISUY K1 DICEY +32 49
#note This time I saw the 2x2 E5 SUIC(I)DE but I'll take out an easy scoring spot now and keep my S.
>joeboy2: BIINOTU 1G UNBI. +24 103
#note 1H BOUDIN is 30 for him.
>skaplan31: AENPRSU 3K .UP +14 63
>joeboy2: IIIOOST -IIOO +0 103
#note Nothing scores well for him, this does look correct with so many more Os than Is remaining in the pool from his perspective.
>skaplan31: AEELNRS 2A LEANERS +70 133
#note Yep, looked for some time and this scores the most. His exchange 4 is random enough that opening up a 3x3 wasn't a concern.
>joeboy2: ILRSTVX E1 V.XIL +30 133
#note He did have L2 TUX for 10 more here.
>skaplan31: DIIJMNO 10B JOIN +36 169
#note Maybe 8A IDIOM or 4K EMOJI? Again, gotta see plays that don't involve spending the power tile that score more. 2nd time now.
>joeboy2: FMOQRST C1 Q.T +24 157
>skaplan31: DEHIMUY A1 Y.EM +36 205
#note Not sure why I didn't do ELMY...
>joeboy2: EEFMORS 11A FORMS +46 203
#note H4 FORETIMES would have been a nice find for him! The best nonbingo play for him is L2 FUME and he has the TRAITS and INS hook.
>skaplan31: ADGHIIU A11 .AUGH +39 244
#note Nothing much to think about.
>joeboy2: ?ABEEGN D2 .ABE +32 235
#note Unfortunately he beat me to this scoring spot.
>skaplan31: DEEEIIP B13 PIE +25 269
#note Mhm
>joeboy2: ?EEGNOR 13A ..ON +12 247
#note L6 Es(T)ROGEN plays for 66. This would prove costly for him as he gave me a spot for my bingo that previously didn't play.
>skaplan31: ADEEITU 14D AUDITEE +66 335
#note There you have it.
>joeboy2: ?CEEGNR H3 REjEC..NG +62 309
#note Nice find!
>skaplan31: DLLOORT 15G DOLL +28 363
>joeboy2: AEKOOOZ F4 OKA +21 330
#note I wonder if he considered doing B4 OOZE here- he is behind so I guess he was hoping I give him a better spot for the Z. 16 is still a lot to sacrifice tho.
>skaplan31: ADNORTW 11H .ROWN +18 381
#note Looking back, I should have done either 13J DROWN or 13J TOWARD- while 13J DROWN might allow him N10 ZOONS with an A, E, F, or W draw, I can still go out and win the game with any draw after ZOONS. Here, while it might not normally be advisable to risk giving Joel a huge play, that would have actually resulted in more spread than my play as even if he has ZOONS, by drawing the A or E, I get more points off his rack.

With 13J TOWARD, it's a similar scenario- he's gonna have a big Z play a lot of the time, but I have an out play with every draw that he can't address. So while I did play it safe, I won't always draw an out play with every tile in the pool of AEFOOSWZ.
>joeboy2: AEFOOSZ 12J FOES +28 358
#note This looks fine as he blocks my only out play of J13 DAWT.
>skaplan31: ADTW 10K TAW +15 396
#note Best play.
>joeboy2: AOZ 7L AZO +24 382
#note So TOWARD should have been the play in the pre endgame and a couple other mistakes were made, but it was effective enough to win.
>joeboy2: (D) +4 386
