>MattL: AEFIIVY 8G FIVE +20 20
#note I thought about 8E FIVE just because of the R hook, but figured it was too close a call to waste minutes on. Simulation confirms that, and gives 8G the slight edge anyways.
>friday13: EOOPQRX K8 ROPE +23 23
>MattL: ?ABEINY 12J BYE +26 46
#note I futilely looked for words ending in -FY and other various combinations, but wasn't able to come up with EN(V)IABlY.
>friday13: EGLOQTX 7F LOG +14 37
>MattL: ?ACDINO E1 NOmADIC +75 121
#note There's no 2x2 here, which I did spend considerable time looking for. That's not the shocking part; the amount of time it took me to find ANYTHING here was just flat out sad. I forgot CODEINA was a word, and missed the two anagrams of NOMADIC. I did not know NODICAL, NONACID, GONADIC, or CONIDIA without the L on it.
>friday13: AEQSTVX F1 AX +52 89
>MattL: ?ALNOOU D2 LUNA +26 147
>friday13: EGQSTVW J7 V.G +10 99
>MattL: ?IJOORT 13I JO +21 168
>friday13: EQRSTTW 14J WREST +48 147
>MattL: ?INORTU C5 TOURINg +62 230
#note My actual thought during the game: "I don't think this rack bingos if I make the blank an S". Sigh...
>friday13: CDDGQTT -CDGQT +0 147
>MattL: AEILNNS 15L LIEN +22 252
#note Maybe 15G ANILE for 26, but the two plays are EXACTLY even after a long simulation. NA(P) 10I is just barely ahead of those two. LINES is a solid leave to be sure, and 17 points isn't that much less. But having two huge spots open is better for my opponent than it is for me - better just work on that now.
>friday13: ADEIPTT I11 TA. +19 166
>MattL: AAAINRS L9 AA +10 262
#note I didn't see NAIRAS here, so what else?
>friday13: DEGIPTU M7 GID +17 183
>MattL: AFINRRS 8A NA.F +33 295
#note I played this pretty fast and then kinda realized it probably wasn't a word. It simulates best if it stays on, but 15E FRIARS is probably the best valid play and makes it quite hard for me to lose.
>friday13: EHPSTUW 6B W. +13 196
>MattL: CDIMRRS 15G MICS +33 328
#note After she dropped one tile, it seemed like a good time to get rid of this spot. (NA)RCISM is kinda neat, but dumb to leave myself almost helpless to block BOW.
>friday13: EHPSSTU 14F HUP +24 220
>MattL: DIKOORR 13D ROOD +20 348
#note I don't know, timing out was my biggest threat so I just played something. I don't mind saving the K.
>friday13: AENSSTT G7 ..T +7 227
>MattL: BIIKMRT C13 BIT +26 374
>friday13: AENSSTU 15A NE. +9 236
#note She has a 9 here that plays in two different places, that's nuts.
>MattL: EIIKLMR E10 KIL. +16 390
#note (I)LK? Just because from my point of view, she could have the last two esses and try to make some kind of setup there.
>friday13: AHQSSTU A4 QAT +28 264
#note If she were to just drop (I)T here, pretty good chance she recoups a lot of spread. My block attempts would sometimes give her a monster Q play. SQUASH plays downwards too if I try to block vertically.
>MattL: EEIMORZ B1 ZORI +37 427
>friday13: DEHRSSU 14B H. +20 284
>MattL: AEEEEMY D12 A.E +16 443
#note Just play A(R)M instead, no way I'm going out anytime soon.
>friday13: DEERSSU 1E ..RES +15 299
#note Best play by far - I cannot block SUED!
>MattL: EEEMY 10A YE. +8 451
#note I didn't know SEMEE.
>friday13: DESU N9 SUED +14 313
>friday13: (EEM) +10 323
