>Jakob_Teitelbaum: BGIOORY K8 YOGI +30 30
>Matthew_Tunnicliffe: EMNOVVZ 7D VENOM +20 40
#note Yikes. I totally blanked on YOGIN here
>Jakob_Teitelbaum: BIOPRRS 6E BOP +24 54
>Matthew_Tunnicliffe: AJOOTVZ 5D JOT +33 73
>Jakob_Teitelbaum: EIRRSSU D7 .IRUSES +22 76
#note Not a lot to choose from, but 12K SUR or other short plays that keep an S are probably worth it.
>Matthew_Tunnicliffe: AFLLOVZ J11 LOLZ +35 108
#note Considered this and OLLAV. It's a pretty clear error to hold onto the V for yet another turn when saving the Z has so much more potential.
>Jakob_Teitelbaum: BEIIORW 14J .OWIE +34 110
>Matthew_Tunnicliffe: AAFGHNV 15M FAH +34 142
#note AFGHANI looks best here. I think I might have tunnelled a bit on blocking the board up, when really there's no evidence that he's especially close to a bingo.
>Jakob_Teitelbaum: ?BIIRRS L9 RIBS +22 132
#note Quackle sim puts C12 BIRR ahead, but I can totally see why that's not worth doing. RIBS comes in right after that.
>Matthew_Tunnicliffe: AAEEGNV M5 AVENGE +23 165
#note Now I can be reasonably confident he's got great bingo tiles and can sacrifice some equity to keep lanes limited
>Jakob_Teitelbaum: ?AEEIRR 11A REA.tIER +64 196
#note Kind of an important mistake here: I tracked off the last S instead of the I on this turn.
>Matthew_Tunnicliffe: AAAMTUX A10 T.AUMA +27 192
#note A7 TAMARAU setting up my X is worth the risk, i think.
>Jakob_Teitelbaum: EHRSTUU C11 .HURU +25 221
>Matthew_Tunnicliffe: AADEITX H11 .ADIX +42 234
>Jakob_Teitelbaum: EEINSTW 8M .EW +18 239
>Matthew_Tunnicliffe: AAEGLRT 5H ALTAR.GE +68 302
>Jakob_Teitelbaum: AEINSTT D3 TA. +20 259
>Matthew_Tunnicliffe: DDEENOY C2 DEY +23 325
#note Had some misgivings about this play still allowing 9s through ET. I much preferred just going for a scoring play to outrun bingos through the T. Plays I considered were this, 9C DRONED, 4H YEED, 13M DYE, and O1 YEEDED*. Discarded that last one reluctantly. I decided against DRONED because it seemed like it was in my best interest to leave an easy scoring dump for the Q, and the Y wasn't super great to keep (though not bad). And I decided 4H YEED gave up too many possible bingos compared to DEY. I don't know. Maybe I just do DYE and outrun bingos most of the time. The only real disaster after DEY is if he manages to threaten bingos in two places (which almost happens). It does at least ensure the ET 9s score poorly, but if I eat the Q that may not matter.
>Jakob_Teitelbaum: EILNNST O1 LINN.T +21 280
>Matthew_Tunnicliffe: CDENOOT J2 CEN.O +15 340
#note Here's where that tracking mistake on the REASTIER turn becomes important. I have the unseen pool as ?CDEFIIQ and see that Q in the bag gives him FETICIDES and DEIFICAL. With the actual unseen pool, FETICIDES is the only bingo. Fortunately my tracking error still led to me bumbling to a winning play. As long as I block FETICIDES I can't lose.
