#note Robert overdraws and I reveal EKT. I ended up throwing back the T, I think
>Matt_Canik: ABCEOOU 12I ABOU. +14 213
#note Ok so this game is getting fun. There are 39 unseen tiles and only 10 of them are vowels. Of those 10 vowels, six are Es. This is going to be a junk endgame and I'm so excited. (also not playing BUTEO here is probably a huge mistake for that reason. I didn't see it #rust)
>Robert_Fenske: ABK 11I KAB +36 219
#note 9 unseen vowels, 6 are Es
>Matt_Canik: CEGLNOY I11 ..Y +27 240

>Robert_Fenske: SX K3 S.X +23 270
>Matt_Canik: CEELNOU 14H .OL +18 278
#note 26 unseen, 6 are vowels (EEEEEO left). The Q is going to be a HUGE deal in this endgame, especially if 2L goes away. I'm keeping my vowels.
>Robert_Fenske: DEH 2L H.ED +16 286
>Matt_Canik: CEEENTU O1 E.UCT +33 311
#note 21 unseen, 4 vowels (and QVV!!!!!). I don't wanna play the U here with the Q unseen, but even if I keep it I see almost no possibilities for the Q to be played save QUOTE or something, which relies on pulling the O as well. Please don't draw it matt!!!
>Robert_Fenske: EHT N8 ETH +32 318
>Matt_Canik: EEELNQR -LNRQ +0 311
#note What a fun turn!!!!!! I'm so grateful he left exactly 7 in the bag for me to throw back. He is NOT getting one of these vowels and I'm digging as deep as I can to get the other vowels and/or the S

is this the first time that exchange holding EEE has been the correct play? is it even the correct play?
>Robert_Fenske: LOSV 15E VOL.S +20 338
>Matt_Canik: DEEEEPT 8N .D +9 320
#note I can't play off more than one tile here. If I draw the Q I lose, if I dodge it I win.

>Matt_Canik: EEEEPRT D12 PREE +24 344
>Matt_Canik: EEEEPRT -- -24 320
#note I loved this play at the time: I don't want to draw the last tile in the bag, but if I pass then it becomes too obvious to Robert. I needed to play a phoney that was high-scoring enough that he'd need to challenge, implausible enough that he'd challenge it, but also looks decent enough that he won't become suspicious

#note Incredibly, I miss V(AGUE), but i'm winning this game despite it #lucky

#note definitely could have milked a little more spread in it but wow, that was a weird and amazing and intense game
