>Karl: LLUU 8G LULU +8 8
>Mack: EEIORST I7 O.E +5 5
#note Figured this OLE made the S slightly more valuable then the other OLE since it made LULUS a bit less likely to be blocked.

>Mack: EIIQRST -IQ +0 5
>Karl: ANN 7G AN.N +12 30
>Mack: EIRSSTY J7 ..TSY +21 26
#note Quackle likes 11E TREYS to score 10 more and restrict the 11 row, but I'm not so sure - between row 11 and SAL I'm pretty likely to bingo with EIRS after NUTSY. #strategysmall if anything.

#note I know Avery will appreciate this one:

How did I manage to draw

>Karl: RVW 14B VR.W +20 139
>Mack: ADEHIRS K9 AHED +40 93
#note A pivotal move, as I nearly play HAD before seeing this, which is a tremendous improvement as the ETAS lane is basically impossible for Karl to block without an S of his own.

>Karl: BER L11 REB +22 310
>Mack: BDENORT M12 BOND +28 352
#note While I hate opening up column N, it's not that easy for Karl to bingo with DEBT (or DEBS, which requires him to use the blank as an S), and even if he does I have decent chances of outrunning or bingoing out to win myself on column O. Also, if I play something like D13 BRR, Karl will just play at M12 and open a lane anyway, and then my lead will be smaller so I'll also have to worry about being outscored in addition to him bingoing, which could create major headaches. At least with BOND I force the issue since I never lose unless he bingos, and I can hopefully block reasonably well with something like M6 ET if he fails to bingo immediately. Plays like M2 BOD, which score more than BRR while opening only a marginal new lane (forcing Karl to start with a blank S or H), are a compromise option, but I'm still afraid of being outrun - if he plays M12 FILM it's a tie game and I might get stuck with all 1-pointers. So I still stand by BOND.
>Karl: AMT C12 MA.T +21 331
>Mack: AEEEFRT M6 EF +20 372
#note Quackle says this only wins 73%, which I can't understand - he only bingos 3% after EF (I guess with stuff like N8 RICOTTA), and how does he ever win when he can't bingo immediately? He never outscores, and I'm not finding any fishes that will win for him (except maybe 3L DID which wins if he draws into RICOTtA and stuff with DIDO, but he doesn't seem that likely to play DID from that pool and he still has to draw RICOTTA). Plays in the lower right like 15M DID or 13L BOT are easily blockable for me in a way that also kills the possibility of RICOTTA. So I'm gonna say EF is not a mistake and Quackle is simply misevaluating this.
