#player2 Edwin_Roth Edwin Roth
>Samuel_Kaplan: AHHLQWX 8G WAX +26 26
#note This play, -AHLQW, and -AHHLQW are all close according to Q. 26 was too many to pass up. I considered my play, exchanging down to A, and exchanging down to AX. Q likes my play best.
>Edwin_Roth: EEGIMRS 9B EMIGRES +72 72
#note Luckily he missed EMIGRES at 9G for 11 more. Not that I would have been able to stop him from bingoing.
>Samuel_Kaplan: FHHLQST D8 F.LTH +30 56
#note This is literally my only good play for both my rack and the board given my deficit.
>Edwin_Roth: FI 10B FI. +31 103
>Samuel_Kaplan: HIJPQST 13B QIS +36 92
#note I hate the leave but 36 is much better than exchanging in this position. Having said this, Ed laid down a T and an R along Row 8 before laying down KAIF above WAX. I almost had QI for 67 before he made a much safer move. I wrote down AFIKRT on my scoresheet, and I thought he didn't have another I. This is best by far.
>Edwin_Roth: AKO 7G OKA +33 136
>Samuel_Kaplan: HIIJNPT 14A JIN +44 136
#note No brainer. How am I still in this game despite 4 clunky racks in a row to start? Only Lord knows.
>Edwin_Roth: AERTV 6I TRAVE +20 156
>Samuel_Kaplan: AAEHIPT 5J AH +22 158
#note This is best!
>Edwin_Roth: CDORTU M1 COURT.D +24 180
>Samuel_Kaplan: AEEIPRT 1K PA.ER +30 188
#note No home for PEATIER. I think Ed definitely would have called off PARIETE* (sticky S). This is meh.
>Edwin_Roth: DEOTV 3I DEVO.T +12 192
>Samuel_Kaplan: EEGIIOT A14 .O +27 215
#note Ed's range is random. This is 3rd. VOGIE L6 gets me out of this mess better but my play is 13 more points.
>Edwin_Roth: ?ADGIIO 4C GOnIDIA +71 263
#note Nice find Ed!
>Samuel_Kaplan: EEGIIOT E9 .EE +19 234
#note VOGIE again. This is weak.
>Edwin_Roth: ALPY 3A PLAY +29 292
>Samuel_Kaplan: BGIIOOT 5B GOBO +28 262
#note No good leaves here. This is best. At least it keeps me in the game.
>Edwin_Roth: AADELUU - +0 292
#note Not actual rack. Ed exchanged 4.
>Samuel_Kaplan: EIITUYZ A1 ZI. +42 304
#note I saw J8 YEZ but my leave after ZIP is more balanced and I can use my Y to open the bottom right next turn and score in the process.
>Edwin_Roth: BDEIT K5 ..BITED +26 318
#note I'm gonna guess that Ed realized I could hook WAX and score something so he took out that lane and made a 2nd very weak bingo lane. Good thing I played ZIP and not YEZ.
>Samuel_Kaplan: AEISTUY J10 YETI +31 335
#note YA J10 would have been my play without an S in hand. Safe to say, I would have been pretty pissed if I had YAUTIAS on my rack.
>Edwin_Roth: ENOW 2G ENOW +32 350
>Samuel_Kaplan: ACELSSU 14F CLAUSES +77 412
#note Luckbox.
>Edwin_Roth: ALNNNRR N6 LARN +20 370
#note This is Ed's best play. I feel for him, he played a great game and was the victim of the Ns in the end. There were 4 unseen Ns when I played CLAUSES.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?EMNUU 1F EMU +25 437
#note I saw MINUtE 13I as well as NeUME 1D but saving my blank for my out play maximizes overall spread.
>Edwin_Roth: NNR H13 N.N +9 379
#note RAN or NAN in this spot are fine.
>Samuel_Kaplan: ?NU O4 NUs +12 449
#note Playing MINUtE or NeUME last turn only gets me 2 points on this outplay, meaning 37 total for my sequence vs 33 for Q's.
>Samuel_Kaplan: (R) +2 451
