>Winter: AEGHNST 8F STENGAH +80 80
>Arie: AEENOOS 9K AEON +12 12
#note I start the game with a large deficit, and I need to create some entropy to give myself a chance. This looks foolhardy but it quickly rises to the top of a sim. This is better than the 7K placement because it leaves the AAS hook if Winter takes the spot and I draw a bingo.
>Winter: AAQSU O5 AQUAS +47 127
>Arie: DEHIOST I4 HEDO.IST +64 76
#note Only bingo.
>Winter: DEEIPRT 11E PRET.IED +94 221
>Arie: EIILNOW H1 WINO +30 106
#note Somewhat unsure of what to do here. I could also do TWINE H11, scoring 6 more points immediately but leaving ILO instead of EIL - and there are 5 Es already on the board. The W might help me hit the type of high scoring bingo that will get me back in the game. I can also play OWIE in the same spot as WINO - ILN may be more balanced than EIL, but I really want to keep an E. The three plays all sim very close but I like my play best.
>Winter: ABP G2 BAP +23 244
>Arie: AEEILRT 12A ATELIER +74 180
#note Best bingo.
>Winter: ?CEIILR A6 IREnIC.L +77 321
>Arie: DKMORRX 12K DORK +27 207
#note All options are somewhat unappealing. LOX 13A scores 40, but leaves the very weak DKMRR and takes out the E, which is one of my best hopes of mounting a comeback. I might draw a Y and get lucky with DORKY. Anything that leaves the X gives me a chance of continuing to score well next turn. Perhaps I am so desperate that I have to take LOX and hope I continue to get very lucky. I have no clue what to do here.
>Winter: OY O11 OY +26 347
>Arie: AEMNORX 13C MAX +46 253
#note The sim likes this and LOX, with this slightly better, probably due to the fact that I end the 2 ply sequence with good leaves. However, I think AXONEME C8 has got to be best. I pull within 92 and create an S hook on row 15, as well as a D2-8 bingo line. I did not see AXONEME.
>Winter: JLOT N2 JOLT +24 371
>Arie: EEIORTY 14B EERY +38 291
#note I have to do this for the points.
>Winter: LUU 15A ULU +17 388
>Arie: INOOTVW O1 VOW +41 332
#note Good for points.
>Winter: AGMSU B2 GAUMS +24 412
>Arie: FGINNOT C1 FON +19 351
#note This looks great because it sets up a bingo line, but it's easy for Winter to block my line and block the D simultaneously. I don't know what I'm supposed to do to give myself a chance. Sim likes FUTON or FUNGO, which I guess are great to get a few more points right now, but are as easy to block as FON. I honestly probably might as well just play FUTON - get a few more points, keep ING, and hope to get really lucky, somehow.
>Winter: BCEI 6E CEBI. +12 424
#note With this play, Winter fully blocks both remaining lines.
>Arie: EGINTVZ A1 ZEN +43 394
#note best.
>Winter: ?ADFINR B8 DeF +30 454
>Arie: GITV 3M V.. +18 412
#note VOW is 6 worse than VITTA - VITTA plays an extra two tiles for two less and doesn't set up RAIN for 18. Probably 4/12 suboptimal plays here - AXONEME was the only thing I could have found that might have given me a better chance of winning. I also overscored my plays by 5 points.
>Winter: AINR L2 RAIN +18 472
>Winter: (GIT) +8 480
