>Johnny_Utah: ?ADIKST 8B DAKoITS +82 82
#note My Scrabble resolutions for the new year:

1. Get better at anagramming 8 letter and longer bingos. I played some great words but also missed playing bucket list bingos such as ARCHFOE, SWEETLIP, JESUITRY, SGRAFFITO, and INTERPRETS in 2019 (ok the last 2 are understandable but I still know them. I just need to fiind them!)

2. Volatility is good for coming back from large deficits but I to stop sprinkling it in when not necessary. Too many times I make the game a rush to a certain letter instead of complicating things for the opponent and inducing mistakes.

3. Go for more spread especially in opens. If I am going to win one of these opens, I need at least a decent spread. My spreads seem to be generally below +500 in opens and San Francisco was -555 (with a 12-8 record!). This is okay enough for my rating but I am after tournament wins too!

Back to the Scrabble game. This is the best play along with TSADDIK and DIKTATS for 82. When I saw this, I stopped looking. All are about similar and prone to challenges.
>Timocracy: AAEGISS - +0 0
#note Unsuccessful challenge. Tim recognized DACOITS but not DAKOITS.
>Johnny_Utah: AEEEOSZ 7B AZO +52 134
#note Best play. I scored this as 51.
>Timocracy: AAEGISS - +0 0
#note Exchange 7.
>Johnny_Utah: DEEEELS -EE +0 134
#note My play sims very close to the top. I wanted to try for a bingo without cluttering up the board. This is the type of spread maximizing play I was talking about earlier.
>Timocracy: ARV F6 VA.R +15 15
>Johnny_Utah: DEEILOS H1 OILSEED. +80 214
#note Best play.
>Timocracy: IPRT 4D TRIP. +14 29
>Johnny_Utah: AFIMOSW 6A OW +28 242
#note Best play.
>Timocracy: EHI 3C HIE +16 45
>Johnny_Utah: AFIMPSU 9C PA +31 273
#note I saw 9C PAIR after I hit clock. That's the play I should make. Small mistake. (-3)
>Timocracy: EG G8 .EG +8 53
>Johnny_Utah: FIMSTUU 11D TUMS +17 290
#note B11 MUFTIS is the play. That's the second MUFTI related miss I talked about in the game I posted earlier.
>Timocracy: NU F11 .UN +5 58
>Johnny_Utah: CFINSTU 14B FUSTIC +34 324
#note This is best assuming Tim as a bingo prone leave which he does. This play shuts off the right side of the board and induces the challenge,
>Timocracy: ABEHNWX - +0 58
#note Unsuccessful challenge.
>Johnny_Utah: ?DEELNO 1G L.OsENED +59 383
#note 2G NIELLOED is 70 but my play sims best because it opens very little up which was exactly my intent. Score and cut down on the unnecessary volatility. NIELLOED allows for some pretty huge J bombs and gives Tim a little higher bingo %. I would absolutely do LOOSENED again especially with this huge of a lead.
>Timocracy: IMR 10G .RIM +13 71
>Johnny_Utah: IOOUVXY 13A VOX +49 432
#note Best play.
>Timocracy: AJT 2M TAJ +28 99
#note There's that J again. I may have been burned hard had I did NIELLOED because I probably would leave L1 open.
>Johnny_Utah: BILOOUY K10 YOBO +29 461
#note No need for this phony! It's BOYO only. Tim held but didn't challenge. ANother phony I need to purge from my memory bank. I need to play here to take out remaining bingo lines. If I don't play on column K, A2 LOOBY for 36 is best. I9 BUOY is also a very good play.
>Timocracy: EE O2 .EE +11 110
>Johnny_Utah: AHIILTU L11 HAIL +29 490
#note Best play. HAIL jumps to the top of the sim after a while.
>Timocracy: FGLO 2A FLOG +25 135
>Johnny_Utah: BEEIRTU 5K TUBER +25 515
#note I decided to cut off Tim's last bingo line. Quackle thinks Tim is drawing poorly and he is no threat to bingo which is probably right. TUBER does pretty well on the sim but I9 BE sims best due to lots of N's left in the pool. I'm not sure UNITER? bingos would play on row N though. Every play is 100% to win.
>Timocracy: AW 6M AW +30 165
>Johnny_Utah: DEEGINR 7M GED +21 536
#note I draw an unplayable bingo myself. Quackle likes M7 DEE or DE a little more but it's pretty immaterial. Everything wins.
>Timocracy: AENRY O7 .ENARY +42 207
#note This play puts Tim above 200. Does he get there if I do DE or DEE?
>Johnny_Utah: CEINNNR 4J RIN +12 548
#note I was very low on time. CINERIN I9 seems best.
>Timocracy: AIQ I9 Q. +21 228
#note Best play.
>Johnny_Utah: CENN 13J C..N +12 560
#note 11A CENTUMS is a little better.
>Timocracy: AI M12 A.I +10 238
#note J8 AIM is 6 better for 16.
>Timocracy: (EN) +4 242
#note Final score recorded as 559-245. Actual score 560-242. Easily my best played game of the day with no serious errors. This game was one of the largest margins of victory in the Whole Foods Chicago club history!
