#note I didn't like playing this at the time. It's probably a little worse than the sim because Howard is telegraphing bingo tiles. However, it sims head and shoulders above any other candidate. If you don't want to open the triple, the other options are EQUES 3F (which I considered) and OLE I3 (which I didn't).

#note Other bingos were ERRAtAS, ARRASEd, and ARRAsES. I found the best bingo and the best placement, which gives back the least for Howard. Most of my options allow big plays at H12 or J14 (with X unseen).

#note This is a weird play, and I remember spending a long time on it. I figured Howard was close to a bingo and was setting up an A. GEAR takes out row 9 and forces him to bingo ending with A. I wasn't crazy about SIX or SOX (which win the sim easily) because of INTERREX/INTERsEX and who knows what else. I'm at a score where I don't want to lose due to some weirdness like that. I think my play has some merit to it, but I'm probably sacrificing too many points; F9 POW looks alright. (-15?) #beingaweirdolarge
