>Mark_Kaplan: ADOTY 8H TODAY +26 26
>Samuel_Kaplan: ACFGMRU 9I FAG +26 26
#note Not bad. ARGUF(Y) does a slightly better job of getting rid of clunk for the same score. This is 3rd. #wordfindingmedium
>Mark_Kaplan: IV L6 IV. +9 35
>Samuel_Kaplan: CHLMPRU K2 CLUMP +26 52
#note I liked CLUMP over plays like UMPH, CHUMP, and MULCH in the same spot because of the juicy H hook for DA. This play maximizes the value of the H for next turn.
>Mark_Kaplan: EEFR 10F REEF +18 53
>Samuel_Kaplan: DHIIPRW 7F WHID +32 84
#note Best play!
>Mark_Kaplan: ?DENRSS 11B SaNDERS +70 123
#note 11C ReSENDS is Grandpa's best play.
>Samuel_Kaplan: AEILMPR B4 IMPEARL. +70 154
#note I looked for a while and did not see any other playable bingoes besides the 4 anagrams into the S. If the U in CLUMP was one spot further to the left, PLUMERIA would have also been under consideration.
>Mark_Kaplan: EGR 8A R.GE +18 141
#note He took a very long time on this play so at this point he most likely had the second blank.
>Samuel_Kaplan: AEGOOOQ -AGOOOQ +0 154
#note After inferring that he has the second blank, I wasn't comfortable playing QUAG for 28 keeping EOOO. No thanks, I'll let him deal with the drek after his bingo.
>Mark_Kaplan: NOTU A1 UNTO +18 159
>Samuel_Kaplan: EIIIINZ -III +0 154
#note Yuck. What are the odds of drawing 4 Is at this stage of the game? I considered playing through with M3 ZINE or 5B MIZEN, both of which I considered. I saw but did not consider K8 AGNIZE knowing he has the blank. My play is slightly behind MIZEN and AGNIZE.
>Mark_Kaplan: EHU 12C HUE +23 182
>Samuel_Kaplan: AEEIJNZ 13B JANE +39 193
#note 6E JEEZ is best play according to Q. My play is 3rd again. I felt like I should just keep scoring and make good use of the Z next turn.
>Mark_Kaplan: UX 9D XU +18 200
>Samuel_Kaplan: AEINQSZ 4J Q.IZ +44 237
#note At this point I wanted to dump the Z and maximize bingo chances knowing this scores the most out of all available options. This play is best by far.
>Mark_Kaplan: AI 5I AI. +16 216
>Samuel_Kaplan: ACEINNS M2 NA.I +26 263
#note No home for CANNIES, ENCINAS, or NANCIES. This is best.
>Mark_Kaplan: EY C5 YE +16 232
>Samuel_Kaplan: CENOOSW B13 .OW +26 289
#note 14A WO is much more dangerous than my play. I like my play better.
>Mark_Kaplan: ?EENRRS 14E RERENtS +63 295
#note We both didn't think TODAY took an S. SNeERER, SEReNER, or StERNER in that spot is best. This play doesn't appear on list of suggestions.
>Samuel_Kaplan: CDENOOS A14 DO +27 316
#note 4th best but distant 4th. I knew SECONDE but not SECONDO. TODAYS hook again. #anagramminglarge
>Mark_Kaplan: AGT N1 TAG +15 310
>Samuel_Kaplan: BCENOOS O1 OBE +30 346
#note I did not know NOCEBOS either. Good to know. OBOE in same spot is a little better either way. I was just looking to take out a dangerous lane.
>Mark_Kaplan: TV H13 V.T +18 328
>Samuel_Kaplan: ACIKNOS 2A .ICK +20 366
#note Blocking bingoes from the U and N into UNTO which is why I purposely passed up IKONS 15K, which would have emptied the bag. I didn't feel like giving him an S at 15O to work with because of 7s that I saw in the unseen pool. It's not the prettiest unseen pool, but 7s that take an S do exist.
>Mark_Kaplan: AO 13G O.A +14 342
>Samuel_Kaplan: AINOSTT 12I STATION +69 435
#note TODAYS hook again.

Not a bad overall game, bingo finding is still meh but I got plays correct (or close to correct) early on and timely blocking got the job done in the end. I have gotten better in positions where there are several great candidate plays and seeing the merits of each.
