>Kevin: AA 14F .AA +12 260
>Carl: GIINNST 13H TINING +19 353
>Kevin: ?ADDILR O7 D.ADLIeR +68 328
#note Speaking of deadly, try to find the best play in this endgame. I was fortunate enough to have about 8-9 minutes left and got it right.
>Carl: DEHSSUZ O1 ZED +44 397
#note ZED O1 is obvious. Then I noticed that MOGUL M11 might be his only out. I saw that I could do SUGHS M11, setting up ZEDS or ZED for the out-in-two. This appears to net a few extra points, but requires balls of steel: if I'm missing another outplay somewhere, I'm going lose this game.
>Kevin: LMOU M3 MOL +26 354
#note Any novice would have slapped down ZED and would have been right. But there is a narrow band of experts that would have lost this game. I was almost one of them; I was sooo close to playing SUGHS. It took me seven minutes to spot MUL(ATT)O, and when I did, I made the kind of guttural noise you make when you lock your PUENUS IN THE CAR????
