>smylie: AEEILTU H7 EAU +6 6
#note thought about exchanging down to AELT, which is probably a bit better than this. the idea is that EAU raises her avg. and also makes the board not very good for bingoes. could also do AEILT, but I'd prefer AELT to lower variance a bit. smallish but clear error
>marcela: AHI I8 AHI +21 21
>smylie: AEEILOT -EIO +0 6
#note not that this is a good board for exchanging, bu it's nice to exchange to not open the board for her. sims best
>marcela: DEHIV G9 HIVED +31 52
>smylie: AEEILMT H12 MEAL +37 43
#note tough technical choice here. Definitely gonna swing a consonant at H15 to complement my vowel heavy leave. MEET, MEAT, MEAL are all worth considering. I generally like AIL better as a leave for scoring, and EIT felt a lot more bingo prone than anything. I also slightly prefer to put the L exposed rather than the T, since the T is a slightly more useful tile for her. It seems like the leave difference is larger than that consideration though. MEET and MEAT bingo more than MEAL though, and MEET looks best to also keep better scoring tiles! I guess playing to the E as an 8 is also decent for AIL, and for having bingoes that play on column G

>smylie: EFIIJLT 15F JI.T +11 54
#note not doing EMOJI. I didn't see FILEMOT which is okay, mostly cause it can help open the left side of the board. Keeping the J is not the idea here, but FILEMOT is still probably worth it. JILT closes a lane which is annoying, but keeps the more bingo prone EFIL and sheds the terrible J
>marcela: AD J10 DA +14 107
>smylie: EEFILRY G1 REEFILY +77 131
#note this is phony. I wasn't sure of it but thought it was good, I was confusing it with REEDILY
>marcela: ??DIPPT 1E sT.IPPeD +89 196
>smylie: ACGRRRU 10B CURAR. +16 147
#note I didn't see ARGU(E)R, which is also reasonable. It's not as good for the board, CURARI really opens it well for a comeback. I bingo more after CURARI despite the worse leave, but she also averages a lot more, and it's nice to restrict her average scores so she can't outrun. I think I like ARGUER a bit more given the big drop in her avg (7), despite the worse board position. somewhat close
>marcela: DEIOO 4G .OODIE +22 218
>smylie: EEGLRTY K11 GLEY +22 169
#note EL(E)GY is probably the play, didn't see it, only GLEETY in that spot. It was sad that LEGERITY was blocked. I could also do ELEGY 2J, mostly to stay more within one bingo range, but EL(E)GY is probably a bit better still. definitely close. GLEY bingoes slightly more than ELEGY. GEY bingoes even more by a bit, but there are a few more consonants than normal in the pool, and GEY lets her score really well while blocking lanes which is gonna be tough to overcome with one bingo.
>marcela: FINOS C9 F.SION +26 244
>smylie: EMNORTU E4 ROUTEM.N +90 259
#note big break
>marcela: ASZ 15A ZAS +46 290
>smylie: EGNOORS 14J G.RON +26 285
#note I didn't like many options that go right for bingoes, like GOON or GO 3I, cause I feel like the lanes can be blocked pretty easily, and I can't create a new one too easily. GYRON lets me outscore with GYRONS plays. it sims best, but after FUSION and ZAS her chance of having another S is a tiny bit more than average, especially cause she played FUSION really quickly (although having SS is still not too likely). if there was a way to fish while opening the left side effectively, I would do that
>marcela: NV K3 V.N +12 302
>smylie: ABEEOOS O11 OBESE +40 325
#note not a big fan of this after her fish but it's pretty forced
>marcela: AW 13M WA. +24 326
>smylie: ACKLOTW 6J COWL +22 347
#note I looked for 4s in this rack that didn't take an S, but didn't come up with LOCA or ALOW. ALOW/VINA is decent, CKT scores well so the risk of being outrun isn't huge. I think that's better than COWL, COWL still allows bingoes with the S in most spots (just not ending), and also lets big plays like QUINS/QUITS, although those play at 12A for a lot anyways. I think in other situations I might go all in on her not bingoing and play K(N)OW 14b, but in this case I'm more comfortable taking out the bingo possibilities. ALOW is definitely better though. I wanted to keep AT for QAT in case I drew the Q. definitely a low risk play, but I could do even better
>marcela: EINNSTU 7K SEI +20 346
#note actual rack. UNSI(L)ENT plays for 81! crazy fit
>smylie: AAEGKTT 12A GA.T +14 361
#note only 100% win. she can't hit the 8 row hard at all. TEAK loses with a t draw, it's the only draw where her QUI? play will give her an out (BRIN(K), which I must block, but cannot do for enough points.
>marcela: INNQRTU I3 N.R +4 350

#note didn't see BET in the same spot, which is 1 point worse!
>marcela: INQTU 7B QUI. +14 364
