#note figured they'd be kinda close, exchange III and ILIA. only 2 Is in the bag so triplication isn't a big worry, lots of Ns and Rs and stuff, a somewhat consonant heavy bag. I restrict the 1 row scoring spot which I think is somewhat good to prevent massive Z plays, but not a big concern overall. EIIST bingoes quite a bit, 2/3 as often as EIST. I think I should have gone with exchanging though, there is still more risk involved with EIIST and the 8 points doesn't quite offset it
