>Terry_Kang: ABMO H6 AMBO +16 16
>JD: EHMNPTZ G9 ZEP +45 45
#note I was pretty sure ZEP wasn't right, but couldn't find the star move. MEH derives value by cutting Terry's bingo percentage from 25% to 15% and giving back limited scoring opportunities, while also saving the Z hook for ZAMBO. Nice!
>Terry_Kang: ?AAEQ H11 AQuAE +73 89
>JD: GHLMNOT F10 MONTH +39 84
#note debated between this or MOLT/MOL/BO/ZOL. It's within a point on the sim, slight edge to MOLT due to defensive values (blocks cheap ZO overlaps)
>Terry_Kang: EITU 12H .UITE +28 117
>JD: DGILOUW E9 WUD +33 117
>Terry_Kang: BUY I6 BUY +25 142
>JD: AFGIJLO J5 JOG +26 143
#note the star play is OFLAG at 5D setting up J plays. I thought of OFLAG at J3, but not row 5.
>Terry_Kang: IO K4 IO +22 164
>JD: ACFILRS L7 FILAC.RS +64 207
>Terry_Kang: ADEILNS 5B DENIALS +75 239
>JD: AACETWX 4C WAX +44 251
>Terry_Kang: AH 3C AH +28 267
>JD: ACEOORT L2 COOT +26 277
#note in hindsight, I don't know if this was right. COATE at that spot scores but gives back a ton of free points. OOT also looks like it sets Terry up for an easy scoring play, and the ACER leave won't do much after. she has a head-start on drawing an S or blank for the SCOOT hook. In the end, I wanted to pressure her into thinking I had an S, and perhaps force her to either burn her own S prematurely, or sacrifice points to block.
>Terry_Kang: ANY M5 ANY +33 300
>JD: AEEERRT 6A REE +17 294
>Terry_Kang: INPRST 1G PRINTS +35 335
>JD: AELRRTT A6 .ATTLER +24 318
#note discarding this rack in search of a blank or S - I can still win with a big play on row 15 hooking MONTHS.
>Terry_Kang: KO 2F KO +20 355
>JD: DDFGIRV 3I VIG.R +30 348
#note I was pretty low on time, but slapped this down fast to give me some hope.
>Terry_Kang: UV 9L .UV +7 362
#note !!
>JD: DDEEFGN 13H .NDE.FED +34 382
#note awesome play by Terry leaves me in rough shape. Since I'm trailing by 14, none of the blocks for the LUVS hook score enough. Looking in the pool, my only hope was that she had stumbled across a bunch of vowels, so I emptied the bag hoping to prevent her from fishing again, and maybe scoring enough to outrun.
>Terry_Kang: ?EILNRS O3 LINtERS +78 440
#note I gave her ISLANDER for 138 but Terry took mercy on me!!
>Terry_Kang: (EEGIIO) +14 454
