#player1 Johnny_Utah Johnny Utah
#player2 Harriette_Lakernick Harriette Lakernick
>Johnny_Utah: DDEORST 8B TODDERS +72 72
#note Chicago club game. This is the last annotated game for the session although it was really the second game I played on the day. This word is completely phony. It was seemed plausible and thought I could sneak this by. No hold.
>Harriette_Lakernick: AQ B6 QA. +32 32
>Johnny_Utah: ILOTUVW F2 OUTLIV. +14 86
#note G7 VROUW and F3 OUTVIE are a little better. -6.9
>Harriette_Lakernick: DEISSTU 4C DUS.IEST +70 102
#note SUDSIEST at H8 for 80 is best but she also had OUTSIDES at C8 if I did VROUW.
>Johnny_Utah: AEFIOWZ H1 FAZ. +48 134
#note 2nd best play. Should have went with ZOWEE. I debated between the 2 but liked keeping a W for C7.
>Harriette_Lakernick: AK J2 KA. +17 119
>Johnny_Utah: CEIORTW 7B .W +18 152
#note Best play apparently. This or WOO in the same spot? COWRITE is homeless.
>Harriette_Lakernick: ABR 5J ARB +18 137
>Johnny_Utah: CEINORT L5 .O +4 156
#note D8 DOCTRINE for 74. Only missed bingo of the club session. I need to stop missing these 8's which I know.
>Harriette_Lakernick: AEELORS 7I AREOLES +64 201
#note Harriette is still bingoing with AREOLES at 7I or RELEASOR if I find DOCTRINE so it's not a sure win. However, this one turn with little turnover may have made the difference. 9E AREOLES scores 78. Harriette saw it but wasn't sure of OUTLIVER. -14.
>Johnny_Utah: CEINRTU N6 C.INTURE +68 224
#note What I thinking here? I saw both ENURETIC and CEINTURE, briefly thought it might just be ANURETIC and put down this. As it turned out, this play may have been for the better.
>Harriette_Lakernick: ??EEGNP H8 .PEEdiNG +77 278
#note 14H PoNGEEs for 90 prevents my upcoming Scrabble chicanery. -13.
>Johnny_Utah: ADHIILN 14J HALID +58 282
#note I take a look at the board, correctly see no bingos, see a pool devoid of S's and blanks and gamble on this semi-intentional phony. I gave this 30% of being good. I figured if this scored under 60 this would get by with a lengthy hold but if it scored above 60 it would get challenged off. It was accepted after a lengthy hold!
>Harriette_Lakernick: AENO 15J AEON +17 295
>Johnny_Utah: EINNTTY O7 .TEIN +27 309
#note 3H ZEATIN for 35 is the play. I was very low on time at this point. -8.
>Harriette_Lakernick: EMR O13 REM +27 322
>Johnny_Utah: JNOTVYY 10F JO.Y +30 339
#note This or one of the ENJOYs.
>Harriette_Lakernick: MOP 11E MOP. +29 351
>Johnny_Utah: GHLNTVY 12C THY +25 364
#note Best play.
>Harriette_Lakernick: ACIN 13D ACIN. +22 373
>Johnny_Utah: EGIILNV 2J .EVIL +24 388
#note KEVIL climbs to the top of the sim! Best play.
>Harriette_Lakernick: AWX 3B WAX +41 414
#note That was the knockout punch. Can't come back against that. Well done Harriette!
>Johnny_Utah: EFGGINR 2A REF +29 417
#note M3 FIG is 100% to win? Uh oh. Even with my time trouble? Let's play this out. FIG wins by 1 in a vaccum with perfect play on both sides, but I was also over at this point so i wasn't winning this game anyways. At least REF is still one of the better plays.
>Harriette_Lakernick: BIOU 12L BU. +10 424
>Johnny_Utah: GGIN 14B GIG +17 434
#note No outs for me. I underscored this by 2.
>Harriette_Lakernick: IO 9H .OI +12 436
#note Best play.
>Harriette_Lakernick: (N) +2 438
#note The time penalty made the final score 438-424 Harriette. If I didn't go over and did a few things differently this probably becomes a win.

There are still a few things I'll be working on but I feel pretty good for my upcoming tournaments. Let's see how I do!
