>Joshua_Sokol: CCNNRSS -CCNN +0 0
#note weird decision. Figured he would play defensive so the C was less flexible

#note fun times

#note or C(A)NTORIS, S(T)RONTIC seems too volatile, would much rather put a T in the 2x2 lane. Quackle obviously disagrees. This might be because S(T)RONTIC is a lot better for the board in the long run. #tacticssmall
>Tony_Leah: ACEENOT 7H ACETONE +65 91
>Joshua_Sokol: DEFGJRS 8L FEDS +50 128
#note I end up putting an even more volatile tile in a volatile lane. CAROTINES was definitely a mistake
>Tony_Leah: ADIQ C12 QAID +45 136
#note over D1 QADI, interesting
>Joshua_Sokol: AGJMORU D1 JORUM +52 180
#note JUGA conversely allows me more shots at a play like... JORUM or JORAM, but it's just not worth the sacrifice.
>Tony_Leah: EFILOT 1D .ETFOIL +51 187
>Joshua_Sokol: AGINORU 15A OU. +12 192
#note G1 (F)OU would create a lane for my leave, increasing our bingo chances ever so slightly. Did not think I was that desperate for a lane.
>Tony_Leah: AHILPRX 6N XI +52 239

#note I remember that he held this, and I wanted to sing 500 miles by the proclaimers. "And if I haver, yeah you know I'm gonna be, I'm gonna be the one who's havering to you"

#note blocking PINOTA(G)E and BEGAZIN(G) seemed to be good, but I was really worried about ZENAId(A) 13H. My plan was to play M(IS)ED 14B to outrun ZENAId(A), but that's not a word! I knew he could possibly block with ZOEA 14F or even ZOA, but it looked like I could probably survive that. This wins every time he gets ZENAId(A), but I totally spaced on how BEZI(L) was there N11! That's far worse than ZENAId(A) for me.

This only loses to one draw post-BEZI(L), which is OP, since I draw outs a lot of the time, and ME(LO)DIA A2 which I am setting up outruns every time and ties only once.

I haven't seen another way I could possibly lose upon further analysis, but this seems to indicate that I found either the best play or something close to it, given that I am blocking all bingos and only losing in one bad case scenario.
>Tony_Leah: ABENOPZ 14F ZOA +34 423
#note But no, I was wrong. Drawing IP also loses, since BeZE(L) is there and I have no good counter. I didn't consider BeZE(L) because BEZIL seems to be so much better since it's playable with or without the blank. I lose by 2 if I draw IP. 2/36 so far, probably missed more. Champ player has some plays at 34/36 but they don't block the two bingos, my approach seemed more human since it's likely easier to find a bingo in 10 minutes to a G than to solve a blank endgame.
>Joshua_Sokol: ?DEIIM 2A ME..DIa +33 464
#note so tense even though I just randomly drew the blank
