>Chris: III -III +0 0
>Will: CEEELMS E4 ELEM. +14 42
#note Nothing very inspiring here. I considered E5 MELIC as well and decided to go for the most standard play.
>Chris: EGILNSS I2 SINGLES +71 71
>Will: AACEOST 2C SEACOA.T +68 110
>Chris: ADEIOT 1J IODATE +29 100
>Will: EINNOPR 1A PRION +31 141
>Chris: ABW D4 WAB +32 132
>Will: EEEINOR 5H O.EE +10 151
#note Don't think I saw F6 EON somehow. It scores 6 more than OGEE and bingos roughly the same amount, making it several points of valuation better. #findingsmall
>Chris: JU 6B JU.. +29 161
>Will: ADEFINR 6H E.F +29 180
#note Stunned to see PANFRIED blocked on this board in that manner...I did ELF over DELF to preserve OGEED. Just H1 FA is also tempting; again, the OGEED spot makes it a viable idea.
>Chris: UWZ 4K WUZ +35 196
>Will: ADINRRU M3 I.ARD +34 214
>Chris: DUY F7 U.DY +20 216
>Will: HNORRUY H1 Y.H +32 246
>Chris: FO 2N OF +19 235
>Will: ANORRTU L7 OUTRAN +17 263
#note Changing tack here and going hard for a blank; sim likes it, but if I had had a palatable play that scored acceptably and didn't open anything, I would've preferred it.
>Chris: EIINRST D8 .ITRINES +74 309
>Will: AADIMQR C12 QADI +48 311
>Chris: ?ELOPRT 12G PETRO.eL +60 369
#note The amazing EPISTOLER is available here for 140.
>Will: AEGMORX B13 GOX +44 355
#note Tanked the rest of my time deciding between OX and GOX. Just OX threatens the column A bingo lane, whereas GOX better protects the enormous AXIS hook that he will require the blank or ET (E(XIS)T) to block. If he has the blank, I'm in trouble anyway; if he doesn't, both GOX and OX are pretty scary for him. Ultimately I decided to play GOX because I draw one more tile for the blank and use one more consonant drawing into a very consonant-heavy pool.
>Chris: ?B A14 Ba +46 415
#note Chris says: I felt I had to burn the blank to get those points and prevent Will from getting them.
>Will: AEEHIMR N10 HA.IER +34 389
#note N5 REAM is genius, setting up O7 HIE/ODAH/MI. HALIER is seven points worse if Chris plays his top move of OUTRANK/KNIT in response. #endgamemedium
