>Alec: AGIJNOR 8D JINGO +42 42
>Matthew: GHIMNRS 9H HM +15 15
#note I wasn't keen on fishing for an ING bingo to start the game, but SOH being a word made me feel better about it.
>Alec: AAELLRT E6 AR.LLATE +66 108
#note M: I haven't studied this, but I've also never seen it played before.
>Matthew: AEGINRS 10H SEARING +74 89
>Alec: EEIMOQU 12A QUOI. +48 156
>Matthew: ADEIOTW A12 .ADI +42 131
>Alec: EEMOPPT D1 MOPPET +32 188
>Matthew: OORTUWY 1A WOR.Y +39 170
>Alec: EFKLOOU C3 OOF +29 217
>Matthew: CDEITTU 14A .UCT +14 184
#note This was the first turn where I felt like I 100% made the wrong play. Quackle doesn't have a decisive answer either. It also likes fishing off UT at B1 or F5. I wasn't crazy about keeping the C I guess.
>Alec: CEIKLNU K3 CLUNKIE. +78 295
>Matthew: ADEILNT M8 DE.TINAL +70 254
>Alec: ABDEEES 15K AB.ED +33 328
>Matthew: ??ABENT N2 NoTABlE +79 333
#note WiNgBEAT is 83, but how much time would it have taken me to see that? It's the only bingo from the W...
>Alec: EEENRST 12H ETERN.SE +70 398
>Matthew: ADEEFIS O5 DEAF +53 386
>Alec: IRRUVXY H12 .RUV +21 419
>Matthew: AEHIOSZ F10 OHS +32 418
#note First of all, and this is truly awful, but I thought there was no S-hook on TA. Otherwise I might have seriously played ZOEAS/TAS. Staring at that X bomb was torturous. I ended up gambling that he didn't have it, because I'm down too many points and I needed to get lucky. I tunneled into playing ZA next turn, and ended up getting too greedy for immediate points. Which I still failed at, since I didn't see ZEALS for 48? But I saw it next turn? Come on. I'd also be better off playing C11 ZOIC, since HA/AZOIC likely will not be blocked. Even just something like AIS keeping the H makes more sense.
>Alec: GIRVWXY M3 WIG +29 448
#note My only win is 4H GIRLY. Matthew has the difficult-to-find 13L ANI, which sets up 14M AZO which is impossible to block without the I or R, as well as 6G SOZINE. GIRLY outruns ANI/AZO by 7 points with 3M VoX and 6D TAW. WIG blocks VoX and prevents me from unloading my heavy tiles fast enough to outrun. (-21)
>Matthew: AEIIOSZ O1 ZA +35 453
#note M: Again, I barely considered anything other than which ZA to play, or if I should play ZOEAS/TAS. Hard to see 13L ANI which not only sets up AZO for 53, but eliminates his best Y dump. 6G EOSIN appears to win as well, because it blocks TAX and leaves me with C10 AZOIC to go out. He would need to block it by playing XU. Then I'd have to play ID in the corner to stop him from getting 20 points for his Y. He'd be left with either ROPY for 9 points. I'm also better off just tacking my S on here for 8 more points. What was I saving the S for?
#note A: ANI is the only win. EOSIN ties after I play B10 RYU and Matthew plays N10 GIS to block VEX. (-22)
>Alec: RVXY 6D ..X +26 474
#note I missed O11 VEX, which guarantees me an out next turn. Because VEX is hard to block, A1 WRY and 3B and 4B ROPY are just as good. (-4)
>Matthew: EIIOS G5 OI +13 466
#note M: Better to play OI in the corner for the same score, since SEI/TAXI becomes the best out.
#note A: 2A OI and G4 SEI are equally best. (-2)
>Alec: RVY 14M .Y +20 494
>Matthew: EIS A1 .ISE +8 474
#note Missed RISE for 12.
>Matthew: (RV) +10 484
#note M: If I'm gonna lose, this is just about the most ideal way I could have done it. I'm way too flawed to ever play a perfect game, if there is such a thing. Hey, 25 rating points for winning 3 games was a surprise!
