#note maybe 7K FOOL? -2, i like the aggressiveness though.

#note -2, CORY J2! but i wanted to keep the board a little more open (i bingo a tiny bit more on average next turn with COWY, but score fewer., probably cuz of the Q). tough move, i still like COWY. maybe i don't want to kill that S hook, but after his next turn where do I go?
>bnjy: III -III +0 66
>cesar: ALMNOQU 6F LOQUA. +19 63
#note i didn't think this would sim super well, but i hate holding on to the Q for too long. still, i should have considered the beautiful MOLAL at 7I. i did think of stuff like J2 MORN, but i don't know. i guess keeping NQU or ALQU aren't deal breakers. tough move i thought. also, he just exchanged three. maybe i DO want to keep the Q here so i can hit back with a big score after his bingo? -6

>cesar: EFIMNPW 11D FEW +27 90
#note i keep seemingly making some inaccurate plays here. the problem with my FEW is that it's easy for him to overlap and keep it closed, and it also gives back a lot more points. but maybe he won't and i'll get an open board. 5E FEW seemed to make it hard for me to open next turn. -2
>bnjy: EEKLN 12A KNEEL +41 178
>cesar: AIIMNNP A8 MANI.IN +39 129
#note this is by far the best play, and it's kind of a troll move. i basically just have to hope for the best.

#note whew!
>bnjy: DDIO B7 DIDO +19 217
>cesar: AEGGITZ C3 AGGIE +20 215
#note i liked AGGIE more than ZAG 5E here. my main reasoning is that i give myself a higher score next turn, and there's a possibility of drawing BAGGIE, the blank, the S, whatever. still a tough move, but AGGIE sims best by about two points over ZAG.

#note lucky!
>bnjy: IOPT A1 TOP.I +30 271
>cesar: BEEJORT M9 BERET +31 338
#note interesting move. M11 OBJET looks a little more straightforward, and a lot better equity-wise (ER vs JO leave and nearly the same score), but BERET actually sims best by win %. keeping the J to score after his possible bingo seems like a good idea.
>bnjy: AS L6 SA. +28 299
>cesar: DDGHIJO L12 DIDO +22 360
#note another tough move that also sims best win % despite being slightly lower equity wise to something like L12 HID, which seems very unwise. i hate just giving him a D to bingo to but now he can't S hook things and that seems a little better.
>bnjy: A 6N .A +11 310
>cesar: EEGHIJM F2 GIME. +12 372
#note here's one instance of quackle's championship player being broken for pre-endgames. it gives 5M YA(H) as a 100% win move. if i play that, and he bingoes with TOENAILS, and i draw the B, that's a 0% win for me, so something is not right there. after SAX and ZA my best guess for his rack is something like AENS plus three more. TOENAILS is the one that seemed most likely to me. there's also NOSEBAN(D) which i didn't see. 6-ply sim with an inferred rack of AENS might do better here; in that case F9 J(AW) wins 100% and mine only 80%. oops; was hard to convince myself i could survive with EEGHIM, but those are nice tiles and i can likely score enough (begem, etc).
