>Avery: AEHIOOT H8 OHO +12 12
#note Maybe OHIA, but this seemed more defensive.
>Ricky: MNU G8 MUN +18 18
>Avery: ACEILTV F6 VIE +19 31
#note I didn't expect LOCATIVE to stay open, but I wonder if he would have known it takes an S. I liked the defense of this more than that of a play like CLAVI or VLEI on row 11.
>Ricky: IORT 11D ROTI +14 32
>Avery: AACLNTW 10B CLAW +22 53
>Ricky: JOST 12A JOTS +44 76
>Avery: ADENTVX A12 .ADE +36 89
>Ricky: ?DEHIPS 12G SHIPpED +89 165
>Avery: ENTUVXZ J10 ZE. +34 123
#note Not sure here. I didn't consider M9 VENDU, which sets up a new bingo lane which I badly need and also XU if I can draw one of the two Us.
>Ricky: ALU H12 .AUL +21 186
>Avery: INTUVWX L9 UNV.XT +16 139
#note I11 TIX or NIX won't help me win since keeping UVW on my rack is an almost sure exchange. Gotta try and open something.
>Ricky: DEI M12 .IED +32 218
>Avery: ?EIOQRW 14E ROQ.E +16 155
#note Need to bingo ASAP, so I need to get rid of the Q.
>Ricky: BRR 7H BRR +15 233
>Avery: ?GIPSTW 14L ..W +12 167
#note Dunno. Easily blocked, but I have an S lane on column M too, which could catch me back up.
>Ricky: ALO 10J .O.AL +16 249
#note Nice blocking play. He had some duplicates which made this play easier, but still a nice way to get rid of everything.
>Avery: ?AGIPST N4 PiGTAI.S +64 231
>Ricky: FK 8M K.F +30 279
>Avery: EEEIINY O1 EYNE +29 260
#note Not the draw I wanted, but at least I can score okay with it. Scored as 32.
>Ricky: AB N1 AB +24 303
>Avery: CEGIIMN 13A .MIE +24 284
#note Tough play. He's grooming his rack and I don't have letters that work well to bingo in any part of this board, since I need an R to bingo with BRRR and an A to bingo on column C. I opted to go for one of them (or one of the other 3 E's) with this and take 4 points which could be helpful if I can catch back up in score. I'm at 15% or less to win though with everything.
>Ricky: DFGLOST M3 FOG +21 324
#note Pivotal play, and this is his actual rack. He said he did this so that if I played at L2, I'd block the BRRR hook and couldn't bingo there anymore. The problem is I even the game after a big play at L4, so I don't necessarily need a bingo to win. I suggested just taking TEWS now with something like DOST since I can block that next turn and then his S isn't very useful. CP says FOG wins about 80% of the time.
>Avery: CEEGINR L2 REC +31 315
#note Many good scoring plays here now, but I mainly considered EGER, GIEN and REC. I didn't like GIEN since an -ING play ends the game almost immediately, and there's two I's and two N's left. He doesn't block the R very often, so I can draw a bingo to the R somewhat often, or occasionally draw things like GERANIAL on column C. I'm pretty much sunk though unless I draw a bingo, so I just have to fork the board for myself and hope for the best. Most of his -ING responses to GIEN aren't conducive to that, so I think this is best. CP puts it way ahead of everything else at 38%.
>Ricky: DSTU O12 DUST +28 352
>Avery: AEEGINR 2E REGAINE. +63 378
#note Exhale
>Ricky: AAILNNO - +0 352
#note He has no wins, so he has to challenge.
>Avery: ITY 6D TI.Y +10 388
>Avery: (ANIONAL) +14 402
