#note On the one hand, I do think Quackle has a decent number of blanks in their range, but they also have a fair number of As, making this a lot safer, whereas INERTIA for two less invited many more bingos, higher scoring bingo, and higher scores in general. That being said, it's probably slightly better to avoid the 3x3 options here regardless, and the scoring options after INERTIA are better, there's two of them, and the current opening of AA could potentially lead to board restriction, whereas INERTIA makes it really hard. Probably a small error.
