#note Setting up sneaky hook.
>Phyllis: EET 9G TEE +21 35

>Will: EEFGHRS (challenge) +5 102
#note Well, that was fast.
>Phyllis: AILO 8A AIOL. +18 53
>Will: EEFGHRS F10 FE +28 130
>Phyllis: EHR 10H REH +24 77
>Will: EGHIRSX 12B SIX.H +39 169
#note Debated GOX vs SIXTH for a while. The board is poor for sevens ending in S, but looking at it now, my bingo% after GOX is higher than I would've thought (nearly 50%). RE- words fit with RAGEE, for starters, and a lot of the bingos I draw that play through the T of RAIMENT will fit with FEE/FEH/FER. I was only seeing the lucky draws that play with RAIMENTS/REHS and the A of AIOLI.
>Phyllis: NU 13C NU +17 94
>Will: AEEEGIR 11J AGEE +15 184
#note Other ideas: 6I REGIE or RAGEE, F4 GEEP, or maybe D3 AGEE to set up the RAGEE hook. Don't have strong feelings about this move.
>Phyllis: ENTU 12J TUNE +23 117
>Will: EIJNRWY 13K YEW +40 224
>Phyllis: IIIII -IIIII +0 117
>Will: ABCIJNR B4 BAJR. +30 254
>Phyllis: RR 4B .RR +10 127
>Will: AACIILN 3D ANCILIA +63 317
>Phyllis: NUV H1 VU.N +24 151
>Will: DEILOYZ 2J ZOL +63 380
#note I missed 2H ULZIE for 4 more but that gets hit much harder on the TWS, so this is at least as good if not better.
>Phyllis: OSV M2 SOV +25 176
>Will: ADEISUY 9C YA. +23 403
#note Considered 2C AYU to set up sneaky gigantic KYAR hook if I drew the K, but figured YAM scored well and kept the U for Q protection. J5 IDLY is worth noting, scoring 23 points as well and blocking the board up quite well.
>Phyllis: IK B10 KI. +17 193
>Will: DEEISSU 5F DISEUSE +74 477
>Phyllis: CGIOR 2A CORGI +22 215
>Will: ?ABDEOW 10L DEW +27 504
#note I saw 4L AVOW, but figured DEW made a more urgent threat and kept two vowels instead of one with a consonant-heavy bag. It turns out AVOW unexpectedly blows DEW away in bingo%; I guess with BDE? I only need one of the vowels and I'm bingoing a lot with GUYS. Quackle likes 6D BRO because if I don't manage to hit a bingo, I keep the letters for 4K ADVEW for 40 at a baseline for my next turn. A possible variation on BRO is 7A ARB, scoring more points and slightly increasing bingo%, while still keeping aDVEW as a possibility if I burn my blank. Given Phyllis' play of CORGI, her odds of having the Q are pretty close to what Quackle expects them to be. Had she played much shorter, it might be another story.
