#player2 Cedric Cedric
>JD: ADFKNOY 8D KANDY +36 36
>Cedric: ?AEIITZ F4 lATI.IZE +88 88
#note CL: Unfortunately, I stopped at LATINIZE and SANITIZE. TRIAZINE, PATINIZE and THIAZINE would have been more defensive.
>JD: ABFHIOP 3F PHOBIA +39 75
#note JD: I did not think until now about all the fun PHOBIA front extensions!!
>Cedric: ACCDEOS 6A ACCOS.ED +69 157
#note JD: ooh, COCKADES!
>JD: AAFIORT 4E A.IF +24 99
>Cedric: EEEEJOT A6 .JEE +33 190
>JD: ALOORTT H1 LO.. +21 120
#note JD: plays like COLT at B6 seem more obvious, but I didn't like shutting down the nice lane on column B - this play seemed most thematic in terms of opening another lane
>Cedric: EEIORST 12A EROTISE +86 276
>JD: ADEORTT 13G ROTATED +73 193
>Cedric: GNNNQUV J2 Q.N +32 308
#note CL: Did not see/consider NAV at E5.
>JD: AIRTVWX 14F VARIX +71 264
>Cedric: ABGNNUV A11 V.GAN +27 335
#note CL: VEGAN cleans up the rack and I could probably draw the S or blank
>JD: EGLMRTW 12L MEWL +31 295
#note JD: I'm not sure about this one. I can score 40 right now at 12J, but I block all of my lanes to do it and leave an awful leave. At the same time, if I don't play at 12J, Cedric can score a lot of points with any 3-tile play. I was happy with this solution because it cleans up my rack enough that I can reasonably draw a bingo S-hooking PHOBIAS, I also immediately theaten a triple-triple, and I set up an -ED bingo lane on column M that might come in handy.
>Cedric: BEENRUU 15H BEEN +46 381
#note CL: BEGUN in the previous move would have been useful. Q prefers BEER over BEEN heavily.
>JD: GGHRTTU C2 GRUT.H +32 327
>Cedric: EILNRUU O8 UNRU.E +18 399
>Cedric: AIILRWY (challenge) +5 404
#note CL: LULU would have been more defensive but playing 5 tiles now can lessen his chance of getting the S or blank. Q prefers LULU.
>JD: ?GIMOOT N2 MOOTInG +75 402
>Cedric: AIILRWY O1 WIRY +57 461
#note CL: Took sometime to make this play because JD can draw UNSELFS to seal the game. Decided to make a big gamble here.
>JD: DFLNOPS L3 SLOP +26 428
#note JD: I was blocking SAULIE, but the best way of doing it is to play LOFT at 5K saving PONDS in two spots. This is 6 down
>Cedric: AEILSU 7F .LEUS +19 480
#note JD: Cedric saw the best play of VALISE, but chickened out of it.
>JD: DFN C11 F.ND +16 444
>JD: (AI) +4 448
