>Joshua_Sokol: DLNOTTV H5 VOLT +14 14
#note now with having practiced time-rushing last game, I stand before the boss of time trouble. I believe that I should've just played my own game here, which I might have done had I not been in such bad shape so early.
>Wes_Eddings: EGINSTU 9C GUNITES +70 70
>Joshua_Sokol: DILNTVW 10B WIN +19 33
#note hoping to crawl my way out of this one already
>Wes_Eddings: BJO 8D JOB +44 114
#note ugh
>Joshua_Sokol: ADLNRTV -VLD +0 33
#note playing VAT now looks so awful, but I guess there's no way to completely destroy the board in two moves for him... Still, I do not like VAT at all broadly because he can make it incredibly difficult for me to make progress after I close the only threat I have going for me. I can also play V(O)LT again, which actually might be an OK idea. I'm giving up my hook for WIN but maybe he'll think I have another T. Still, VOLT has so many hooks, most of the time he will just play on column L. At least the board becomes more open.
>Wes_Eddings: AEENRT 5E NER.ATE +40 154
>Joshua_Sokol: AKNRSTT 4I KART +26 59
#note ouch, I can play 11D KART, and the worst part of that is when he has one of the two remaining Y's or even just an S. I didn't want to risk it, since the worst part of that whole possibilty is how easy it makes the game for Wes, which I don't want since I'm trying to run him down on the clock. This is -3 according to Quackle. I tend to agree, because the times he doesn't have an S or Y, which is probably significantly more than 50%, given he is drawing 6 tiles out of 70, well, those times are great for me. Complication extreme. He could also just have the Z and ZA anytime in the next few moves, and KART gets rid of that idea too. Bleh. I wanted to. Scared again.
>Wes_Eddings: ADH 6D DAH +30 184
>Joshua_Sokol: EINRSST A8 ESTRINS +81 140
#note STRINES is better normally, but I think ESTRINS is good, because I should be better at managing my rack with the time advantage, but I also want to minimize the damage of bad case scenarios (protect spread) by not throwing that S out there, and also leave column B open for any sort of bingo ending in a bingo consonant, not just leave a 7 lane on row 3 for an S or more unlikelily an O.
>Wes_Eddings: ADIQ 3J QAID +45 229
#note or this can happen and I will need to maximize bingo chances which benefits having played ESTRINS over STRINES...
>Joshua_Sokol: BFIINTY 2L FIB +25 165
#note seems necessaryish
>Wes_Eddings: ?EGLNOS B2 ELOiGNS +74 303
#note ooch
>Joshua_Sokol: EINOTUY 14A .NOUTY +34 199
>Wes_Eddings: AAWY A1 AWAY +58 361
#note oochy
>Joshua_Sokol: EEGIILV 15F EVIL +26 225
#note and I space on E(NERVATE) for one turn and there goes the game.

I am so desparate here, but I need to score as many points as I can with VEILE(D) D1. After realizing I had missed it, I was furious.
>Wes_Eddings: AE 1N AE +10 371
>Joshua_Sokol: ?EGIIMZ 10F ZEd +75 300
#note a stroke of luck gets me back in the game, but he definitely has another E, so I need to play at D1 again, with ZInGED or ZIGgED. This is a larger mistake than last turn's actually. I did think there was a chance he would challenge VOLTED though, but Wes proved he knows his stuff.
>Wes_Eddings: DEEF C1 FEED +35 406
>Joshua_Sokol: DEGIIMP 6K GIMP +20 320
#note now GIMPE(D) is blocked and I have to throw in the towel. Unless he somehow loses his turn or I get a humongous bingo and go out the turn after, I'm pretty sunk. But this gives me the best of the slim chances.
>Wes_Eddings: AILOR 1C .OLIAR +30 436
#note now it's all over
>Joshua_Sokol: CDEIOOU 13E UDO +14 334
#note this was however a fun pre-endgame to solve. 7L DUO ranks best but that makes it too easy for him to block as much as possible. This is surely the play.
>Wes_Eddings: CEP 11E PEC +34 470
>Joshua_Sokol: ACEIMOR N4 CO.REMIA +66 400
#note lucky to make it look close
>Joshua_Sokol: (HORUX) +30 430
