#note Somehow missed FUGLE it appears... this isn't as bad as it could be since there is a good F spot at 6J but it's still definitely worse

#note Tough spot. I'm not up enough to block the L with something cheap and be confident in outrunning Ken with so many good scoring tiles left. Since I'm not blocking the L, I figured I may as well block the B and if he doesn't hit the L block it next turn, hence this over N2 WOO for 3 more. Plus WOO gives back stuff like HIKER for 50 which could easily be enough to outrun me. BOW seems fine to me, althouth it backfired...
>Ken: ?AEEMRR 1C REMAi.ER +60 326
>Mack: ?AIIITU I10 .UI +3 316
#note Very awkward but instructive turn. Yes, I have the blank, but my prospects of outscoring Ken without a bingo looks terrible with the awful one-pointers on my rack. If I could exchange I might do that but that's not an option with 5 in the bag. So things like D1 ETUI seem very unlikely to win - his next play will put him up 30 or so (unless he missed all of the B, H, and K, which is very unlikely), a deficit that's going to be very hard to overcome on this board even with the blank. So if I can't win by outscoring I've gotta try to bingo somehow. TUI at first looks insane since it often gives back stuff like KHAN for 50+. But even after something KHAN, which is the most he can possible score, even an airball outbingo on row 15 will win for me by a small margn. So I actually want him to play there even if he scores a lot since it will give me 2 floaters to bingo through with my AIIT? leave, which isn't terrible with this consonant heavy pool. And the thing is it's very hard for Ken to effectively block TUI without giving back another bingo line. Plus, from his perspective, he still has to worry about being outscored - the one-tile drop of 12H KI, for instance, only puts him up 21 which I could still easily outrun without a bingo especially if I draw KITH. So TUI pretty much forces Ken to play down to ensure he'll outrun a bingo, which is why it seems by far the best play here - indeed, champ gives it 54% to win, over the next best play's 36%.

#note There is one 8 with this rack, and it's absolutely awesome but unfortunately doens't play on this board (try to find it! answer on next screen). I went over 3 minutes here since I could still win after that time if I did find an outbingo, but it doesn't exist
